まず、立地が素晴らしい。特に、朝食に使われる屋外テーブルからの眺めは最高です。泊まった部屋は山側でしたが、ホテルの共用スペースからの眺めがあるので満足しました。 サービスもレベルは高く、問題有りませんでした。 建物は古いので、新しい都市型ホテルのような機能性は有りません。 車で行く場合、街の外の有料駐車場に停めてから、ホテルに電話して迎えに来てもらいます。

This would have been an upscale hotel when it was built. Now it is showing some wear but it was very clean. View was phenomenal. No coffee maker in room—just two packs on instant coffee—this was a big minus for us. Pillows could be improved, no robes, tiny TV. Towels were amazing. Shuttle down the hill with our luggage was very helpful and appreciated.

For every positive, there are 2 negatives with this hotel unfortunately. Absolutely overrated and underwhelming for this price. The pillows were ridiculously flat, clearly overused. The receptionist (brown hair lady with glasses) spoke as if we were little kids in school when relaying instructions. The only highlight was the shuttle drivers, these guys radiate positivity and are very diligent.

Hotel Porto Roca is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are brand new - super clean, modern, wonderful bathroom. Our room was a 2 room suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea - absolutely stunning views. Breakfast buffet was very nice with a large selections. Hotel offers transportation to and from main part of town - a very short walk but with luggage transportation is was very beneficial. Highly highly recommend this hotel .

We loved our stay at the Hotel Porto Roca!! They sent a complimentary taxi to get us from the train station. Showed us to our beautiful room with an amazing view from the balcony & brought us a bottle of champagne & 2 glasses to celebrate our anniversary! Even had slippers for us to wear. The restaurant has a fantastic view, food was excellent, breakfast spread HUGE! The only downside is walking up to the hotel…the climb is steep and very narrow. But doable and there’s a gate onto the hiking path to Vernazza which cuts off some extra steps. Overall, this hotel was worth every penny! We did not swim in the pool but it is lovely & quiet!

Spectacular location, wonderful staff, large suite, enjoyed the jacuzzi, the view of the sea, boats and trains. The beds could use different mattresses, they are very hard. Very much appreciated the taxi service to/from the hotel.

Superfint hotell som ligger högt uppe på berget med trevlig personal och perfekt läge i Monterosso. Tänk på att beställa pick-up transfer från tågstationen då det är en brant backe upp till hotellet som inte är speciellt kul att gå med resväskor. Vi hade ett rum med havsutsikt och balkong vilket var kanon och med magisk utsikt! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka igen.
