ホテル ラファエル

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en Sardaigne, classé 4 étoiles, mais il ne les mérite malheureusement pas toutes. L’établissement est propre et le personnel est sympathique, ce qui sauve l’expérience, mais plusieurs points nous ont déçus. L’hôtel est vieillissant, avec une décoration datée et une chambre peu fonctionnelle : une seule chaise, pas de volet, très peu de cintres, pas de poubelle, un wifi capricieux et rien de prévu pour faire sécher les serviettes ou le linge. La literie est particulièrement inconfortable, tout comme les coussins - difficile de bien se reposer dans ces conditions. Nous sommes repartis avec un bon lumbago… Le jardin est agréable, la piscine aussi, bien qu’elle mériterait une rénovation. Le restaurant propose une cuisine de qualité, mais à un prix élevé (45 € par personne), ce qui peut freiner les envies de dîner sur place. Le petit déjeuner est varié, mais ne propose aucune option sans lactose, ce qui est regrettable pour les personnes concernées(seulement du lait, à la demande). Les produits sans gluten sont cachés dans une armoire, aucun panneau ne les signalent, c’est bien dommage car il y a beaucoup de choix! Le point fort reste l’emplacement : à seulement 5 minutes à pied d’une plage absolument magnifique. En résumé : un hôtel bien situé, propre, avec un personnel accueillant, mais qui ne répond pas aux standards d’un vrai 4 étoiles. À moins qu’il s’agisse de 4 étoiles… de mer

la struttura mi ha decisamente sorpreso, bellissimo giardino che attraversato ti da praticamente accesso alla spiaggia, sei vicino alle spiagge più belle e sei in piena natura paesino vecchi tempi non aspettatevi negozi e di fare il passeggio in centro

Schönes Hotel und extrem nette Servicekräfte. Das Zimmer war groß und die Anlage sauber und gepflegt. Es können allerdings ab und zu Veranstaltungen stattfinden, dadurch kann es in den Zimmern, welche zum Hof ausgerichtet sind lauter werden. Frühstück könnte vielseitiger sein. Mir hat frisches Obst gefehlt.

Rigtig dejligt hotel med god morgenmad og lækre strande indenfor gåafstand. Ud fra billederne under værelsesbeskrivelse havde vi indtryk af, at vores værelse ville have et udeareal - Dette var desværre ikke tilfældet og da hotellet var fuldt booket, kunne det ikke ændres.

Très bon restaurant les plats sont excellents Sinon peu d attrait touristique dans ce petit village Pour vacanciers qui aiment la plage, sinon c est l ennui garanti

Bel hôtel, belle piscine, passe plage mais une pas très loin. Dommage que nous avions un moteur sous nôtre fenêtre et le restaurant est cher , nous avons pris un plat de pâtes il y avait 3 tables et nous avons attendu 30 mn!! Allez manger dans le village.

Sehr schöne Lage. Essen teuer aber sehr gut. Zimmer auf minimum aber o.k. Sehr harte Matratzen.

First of all, if you are driving, this is not located in the town on San Vero Mills, but in the town of Putzu Idu. It can be confusing as SVM is a town and an area. Once we stayed here a few days I wished we had not chosen this spot. There are such better towns and beaches just north with much more to do and much prettier towns and beaches. I really see little reason to visit this town. How this hotel has 4*, I don't know. It is fine and clean; it is just a very simple 2-3* hotel. No real services, poor sheets and pillows, rubber curtains, individual dispenser for bath tissue, etc. (They even suggest to you that the individual bath products are not for "one use" - I guess they took care of that problem as they installed the wall dispensers.) The grounds going down to the "beach" are nice, but, in the land of gorgeous beaches, this is not one of them. It is a rock beach - not the little rocks you can walk and sit on, but rocks of several inches in diameter. And, there are two private houses right there. Not a beach you are going to spend the day on! The people at the restaurant were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was nice. The dinners offer just a few choices in a brightly lit room - very strange setting. (Wine but no liquor service.) It was just OK. We didn't want to return more than once.

Avons du prendre 2 chambres supplémentaires car elles n'étaient pas en lit jumeau comme stipulée lors de la réservation et cela sous prétexte que la demande avait été faite en Français ( Site Français de Hotel.com)... 130€ en sup. sur les 210€ prévu.

Hotel di nuova costruzione,giardino ben curato, camere essenziali spaziose e pulite. L'hotel è collocato a pochi minuti di auto dalle bellissime spiagge del Sinis.Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, colazione varia e di qualità, una mattina hannoadutittura colto i fichi d'india freschi e ce li hanno fatti assaggiare!Consigliatissimo anche perchè è l'unica struttura degna di nota del comprensorio!!

la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale la vicinanza da uno splendido mare e a due passi da importanti centri archeologici e a due passi da oristano per lo shopping, bellissima campagna con produzioni importanti di grano e riso, lo stagno gli spendidi tramonti e un mare stupendo

La estancia fue muy placentera, el desayuno muy rico y muy servicial el personal

Very nice hotel in a bit boring area. The nearby beach is very good for swimming with clean water and white sand, but as many italian beaches (it seems), there is sometimes a little trash and other leftovers in the sand. A shame. There is a tiny city close to the hotel, but no "life" and no real bars or restaurants. Perfect, if you want to avoid mass tourism. 20-30 minutes by car will take you to Oristano or the ruins of Tharros, where you can easily spend some time. The hotel it self is new and very nice and has a beautiful and big garden (almost a park). There is a restaurant in the hotel where the food definetly is ok. Breakfast is solid with a good choice. The best thing about the hotel might be the exeptionally friendly staff and owner and the peace and quiet you feel there. It is a good place, if you want to calm down and don't care about bars and night life. Clearly recommened.
