Almost everything's perfect. Would be better to show guest clearly where to wait the shuttle bus, such as by map.

立地だけ良い。(駐車場と夏場Openしているプールからの眺めは最高)。金曜に泊まって、空いていたのは、全体的な運営に問題があると思う。イタリアには、もっと素敵で優しい、泊まれる場所があるので、２度と泊まりません。

素晴らしくオシャレでセレブ感満天のホテルです。 立地は良く有りませんが、それをさておいてもぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです。 旅行好き＆出張多い　ので、国内、海外共にいろいろな場所に行き、いろいろなホテルに泊まりますが、人生で３本指に入るホテルでした。 アマルフィ海岸に旅行する方にぜひオススメです。 アマルフィやポジターノの値段が高い割にイマイチなホテルに泊まるより、絶対にここをオススメします。 必ず、海側の部屋を指定しましょう。素晴らしい眺めです。 その代わり、移動には不便ですが。。。

Tivemos um problema com o transfer do Hotel. Mas eles nos compensaram com um Espumante com morangos frescos. Vista do Hotel MARAVILHOSA. ENCERRAMOS NOSSA VIAGEM COM CHAVE DE OURO!!!

We were treated like royalty by the staff, room was very clean with a wonderful view. Dinner was fabulous and the spa was a much appreciated bonus, including great massages.

Very friendly and nice stafff. The spa could use a heavy make over.

The Best place to stay

All the staff were so kind and helpful! They helped us with all of our dinner suggestions and things to do around town! Restaurants on site made dining for lunch and dinner very convenient, and the food was awesome! The pool was magnificent with a bar area and views all day. We will miss this Hotel as it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful with the ONLY exception of the pizza restaurant down by the pool. Mediocre pizza at best. And not great service there either.

The hotel and surroundings, along with the view, are all beautiful. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the WIFI….Myself and my colleagues all had issues connecting in the rooms due to very weak signal. All in all, however, this was a very nice stay and I would recommend.

The views and the cleanliness was top notch. The buffet breakfast had many choices and it was delicious.The free shuttle bus had a schedule and you needed to book it in order to ensure seating. It would take you only to the Piaza in the town center and return to the hotel. The local business owners were very friendly and helpful. You could travel with the city bus by purchasing bus tickets at the local shops/bars. Taxi service from the hotel was minimum 20 Euros. We found that to be very expensive. We travelled from the port to the other islands by ferry. Transfer from this hotel to Naples airport was 160 Euros. Expensive but easier than transfers by city bus/trains. Easier to travel from the Salerno Airport.

Booked a Deluxe Double Room with Terrace and Sea View for a special occasion, expecting a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, it fell far short. The room is only 21 sqm unlike advertised, dated throughout, especially the cramped bathroom with a shower so small you can’t lean forward and with doors that don’t close. The air con is old and loud; staff advised keeping it on low or turning it off, which is absurd. WiFi is unstable when working. The room was also advertised to sleep 3, but there’s no space for a third bed unless you’re willing to climb over furniture to reach the bathroom or front door. Reception staff were hit and miss, and the manager was dismissive of our concerns. We were offered two “upgrades”: one at €200 more per night, or another for free in a dark -3 level room — hardly an upgrade! Outside the room, the pool and breakfast were excellent, and most staff were great. But dinners were basic at best, yet still cost over €50 for two people without alcohol. Access to the indoor spa pool costs an unadvertised €30 per person, per day. We came to relax and celebrate a birthday but left frustrated and disappointed. The common areas suggest a 5-star property, but step into the “deluxe” room, and it’s a tired 3-star experience at best. Misleading and upsetting.

We were expecting a 4 or 5 star property and it did not meet expectations. Our shower was small and it was impossible to control the temperature. The toiletries were cheap. And the breakfast was just OK. The pool was beautiful as were the views. The shuttle to Vietri sul Mare was very convenient. We also thought the staff was welcoming and kind.
