スタッフの対応、ホテルの清潔さ等は満足ですが、お値段もそれなりなのでコスパが良いとは言えないかも...。あと、入口が普通の家のようで分かりづらいです。

ロケーションが最高。又、従業員が皆親切。

とても雰囲気の良いホテルでした。観光に便利な場所で、良いフィレンツェ旅行になりました。

The hotel was nice and ckean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. In addition, the hairdryer didn’t work. I also didn’t appreciate the smoked glass windows for doors to the bathroom.

This is a beautiful property. You walk up one flight of stairs to get to the elevator. It’s a small elevator or you can keep walking up 2 flights of steps to the door. It’s really not a bad walk. Then you get to the door, you will need your key to get into the hotel from outside and in the hotel doorway. This does make you feel very safe considering the hotel is in the center of town. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. The room is spacious and it does have a small fridge and safe. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the whole room is made of stone and brick. The architecture is beautiful. There is no air conditioning or screens on the doors, but the breeze is phenomenal. We went in March and it was cool at night and warmer during the day. The check in and check out process was easy. It was simple to get a cab to and from the hotel. The hotel called a cab for us when we left. It was a great stay. Highly recommend it!

We opted for in-room Turkish bath (steam room) - fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, our room with Turkish bathroom was perfect. The hotel location is really central which makes walking to Florence’s attractions so easy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. If we had to mention anything that could be improved, it would be the firmness of the beds, but this is personal preference, (a topper would be a perfect solution). This is a minor point though and no way spoilt our stay. We would definitely book again! Thank you

What a wonderful surprise . Fabina checked us in was so welcoming . Gave us so much attention and helped show us all the great places of Florence . Our room was very clean. Loved how you can walk to everything .

Like staying in a family home

Hotel Renaissance is a hidden gem in the center of Florence off the Piazza della Signoria. Its location is perfect, easy to get to from the train station, and the staff is fantastic. We will be staying there again on our next visit to Florence.

I thought it was a lovely spot in a lively neighborhood.

Good Bathrom, the bed could be more confortable. Excelente location. The is a incovinient for those who has big bags, to carry one floor up.

The owner and staff are great and very helpful. The room is nice and large and the bed was very comfortable. Location is great for getting to all of the main attractions in Firenze. However, the late partying at the bar across the street ( including 4 am yelling) made rest difficult.

Good small hotel in an excellent location.

My sister and I traveled to several locations throughout Italy and France and the Hotel Renaissance was one of our very favorite hotels that we stayed with. The location is perfect for exploring Florence and the room was large, beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. A great place to come back to after a long day of adventuring. All around the hotel is all of the main sites in Florence from the Duomo behind the hotel, the Piazza Della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio to the right outside the door of the hotel, and the Galleria dell'Academia just a short walk passed the Duomo. Everything was easily walkable from museums to dining. Florence is a meet up point for a lot of tours into Tuscany as well. We enjoyed our pizza and gelato cooking class tour in Tuscany with the meet up point at the library along the river, which was only a 8 minute walk from the hotel. The food is fabulous in Florence and your dining choices are plentiful all around the hotel. We even had a cornetto and cafe latte at a Cat Cafe nearby!
