隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえで、会話や音楽などすべて聞こえた。部屋の清潔さや設備は十分でした。朝ごはんも美味しくいただきました。

Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and slow

When I removed my keycard from the slot that keeps the lights on, the power to the outlets also went dead so my phone went dead and my alarm didnt go off.

Great location. Helpful staff and nice breakfast offered for a fee. Rooms were clean and very nice.

Wonderful hotel, close to a lot of tourist spots, like the colosseum, staff were very kind and friendly and provided great service, the buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty. It was clean but the bathroom needed a little bit more cleaning, there was a lot of water residue, water spots. Overall it was good hotel, I’d recommend it!

Very comfy

It was okay! The shower had mould in it, and there was trash in the trash cans when we checked in, but other than that it was fairly clean. Location is okay too! 20 minute walk to most places!

The property was adequate, and the room was spacious if very dated. What stands out is the close proximity to the colosseum. The area was generally quiet overall a lovely stay

Who said this is a 4 star hotel?!!! This is barely 2-star motel in a very bad shape, old and worn out. Bed mattress is sink, show head broken, dirt all over the place. Front desk speaks broken English and is not helpful with requests. This place is NOT safe at nights and is FAR from the center.

Easy access to transport staff was very good

The hotel is well located. The room we had was small, and so was the bathroom. The bidet was too close to the shower, making it very difficult to get in. The soap bottles in the shower and sink were empty. I put them outside the bathroom so they'd notice when they cleaned, but when I returned, I found them in the same place and still empty. The breakfast was good.

Habitaciones pequeñas, limpieza bien, personal amable, tienda a unos pasos la estación del metro Manzoni y de ahí te mueves muy fácil al Vaticano, fuente de Trevi y caminando llegas al Colisseo.

Llegamos al hotel con la reserva correspondiente. De 2 adultos y 1 niño, Y resulta que mi reserva en la aplicación al niño de 11 años lo tomo por 1 niño de 1 año. En el momento entendimos el error y obvio queríamos abonar la diferencia y el personal prácticamente nos decían que no podíamos. Estuvimos más de 30’ pidiendo abonar e ingresar hasta que quisieron o se aburrieron y nos permitieron ingresar. Tuvieron otro problema cuando queríamos abonar en efectivo y se negaban por no tener cambio, cosa que eran billetes de 100€. En definitiva, el personal es muy malo la Sra y el Sr de barba que lo único que hacían era mirarse entre ellos. Vamos seguido a Roma, y claro está… a nuestros amigos no le vamos a recomendar vuestro hotel. Buenas noches

Stupid toilet arrangement with bidet could not use toilet properly

First the good - the front counter staff were very helpful when asked for things (i.e wake up calls, cabs, information) and patient with language barrier issues. Now the bad - The room was not as advertised. Bathroom was in disrepair. Almost zero soundproofing, you could hear all your neighbors bathroom activities, flushes, showers and even taking a number 2. Housekeeping staff on one occasion left our door open (thankfully nothing was missing, anyone could have walked in). No water pressure to fill tub, not that you would want a bath with their dirty jet heads. Definately not a four star hotel, or we were the unfortunate folks who got shafted with the worst room in the hotel.
