ベストウエスタンなので、基本的なものは整っていた。朝食も付いてよかった。部屋も広めです。スタッフの人も親切です。但し、少し古め。冷蔵庫がなかった。ベッドも少し固め。他の部屋の声が聞こえてくるのが残念だった。

Yhden hengen huone viidennessä kerroksessa, kokolattiamatto ei ollut kiva, mutta muuten huone ja valtavan iso kattoparveke oli ok. Perus hotelli, josta helppo liikkua etenkin jos tykkää mäkisestä maastosta. Rantaan on matkaa, koska lähiranta on teollisuuden käytössä. Henkilökunta oli todella avuliasta. Henkilökunnalle iso kiitos.

Billederne snyder. Mega små værelser med verdens mindste brusekabine. Morgenmaden havde ringe udvalg, bestod primær af kage.

This is a good hotel, at 35 min. walk from the train station (up hill). The service is excellent and the breakfast to be recommended. The room was clean, the bed good and the shower good except that the cubicle is small.

The hotel itself is nice, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was very difficult, since their garage was full. They could have informed us that there was a public garage about 100 meters from the hotel, so we didn’t need to struggle to find a spot on the busy surrounding streets. The room was ok and clean but very small. It is possible to walk to the city centre but it is a relatively long walk - about 40 minutes - and involves lots of steps.

Hôtel très bruyant,j ai très peu dormi avec un groupe de jeunes étudiants au dessus et a côté de la chambre. Pas de pression d eau pour la douche et petite douche. Murs craquelés et pas de possibilité de régler la température qui est fixe

Nachdem wir bei der Ankunft den Parkplatz und die Kurtaxe für 2 Nächte gezahlt haben (zwei Mal jeweils 20€, da der Rezeptionist erst einen Fehler gemacht hat und nur eine Nacht berechnet hatte) wurde vom Hotel beim auschecken behauptet, dass das nicht stimmt und wir noch zahlen müssen (trotz der zwei Rechnungen vom Hotel die wir noch hatten). Mussten uns dann 20 min streiten, um gehen zu dürfen ohne nochmal zu zahlen - Frechheit! Beim Zimmer war das Schloss kaputt, der Strom ist einmal nicht mehr gegangen, Ameisen liefen im Bad herum, Silberfische auf dem Bett. Die Parkgarage ist sehr eng und uns wurde ein Parkplatz verkauft der eigentlich keiner war, sondern die Durchfahrt.

Very friendly and helpful staff and nice rooms as well

I was asked to pay for the parking and for the dog. Those chargers are not clearly stated on the hotel's description. The staff was simply rude. The location is inconvenient. A place to avoid!

Presenza di peli in bagno, 16€ di parcheggio che ho dovuto cambiare all’una di notte perché impossibile entrare, 1 bottiglietta di bagno schiuma da utilizzare per bidet, mani e doccia. Meno male che era la stanza comfort.

The staff was nice and friendly, the hotel was really expensive for the amenities offered. The neighborhood was good but far away from the main points of interest.

Je recommande cet endroit aussi pour ceux qui recherchent une accommodation avec espace cuisine où nous avions réservé, et qui est à deux minutes de l'Hôtel.

Das Gebäude, das wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt ist, passt nicht so richtig in die Umgebung. Denn sie liegt direkt zwischen zwei Parkplätzen und gegenüber einer durchaus als hässlich zu bezeichnenden Lagerhalle im Hafenbereich. Dass es für Hotelgäste keinen eigenen Parkplatz gibt ist wirklich ärgerlich, hat dich die Stadtverwaltung offensichtlich beschlossen, den größten Umsatz mit Touristen durch Parkeinnahmen zu bestreiten. Es gibt zwar eine Online-Banking App (easy park) mit der Recht unkompliziert bezahlt werden kann aber das ändert an der Gesamtsituation nichts. Aber natürlich ist anzumerken, dass für die Parksituation das Hotel nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden kann. Genauso wenig wir für die Strom Abschaltung von 8.00 bis 14.00 Uhr. Abseits dessen aber ein schönes Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung.

Quiet Corner. Close to the castle and the Cathedral of Giusto. 8 minutes taxi ride to the pier to take our cruise.

The staff were incredible friendly, welcoming and efficient. They helped with dinner reservations and taxi's and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms have been refurbished which is great and the beds are firm. Some of our team had tiny showers however, but were powerful and hot!

There was an ant problem in both of our rooms on the 1st floor.
