Ambiente, camera, servizi, personale, tutto di un ottimo livello

Ospitato in un immobile storico di pregio nel centro storico di Altamura, in posizione ideale per visitare il paese. Confort e pulizia ineccepibili. Solo qualche piccola mancanza nelle dotazioni delle camere da rilevare in rapporto alla categoria 4 stelle.

Il mio Hotel preferito ogni volta che capito in zona, caratterizzato dalla estrema cordialità e simpatia del personale, comodità delle camere e dall' importante vicinanza al centro storico.

Erik and the rest of the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We felt at home and yet also felt like valued guests. Breakfast was vast and delicious. Our rooms were gorgeous and oversized. The location is convenient to see all of the beautiful historic center of Altamura. I had stayed here 20 years ago and had fond memories, I was not disappointed and hope to return much more quickly the next time!

Avoid booking this hotel. Location excellent and property clean, breakfast ok but everything else, that matters were poor. I obviously was in the budget part of the hotel, no access to any daylight. Had no idea what the weather was like and no fresh air. The window in the room opened onto a covered courtyard with no air movement. The facilities say air conditioning. THIS IS A LIE! The room was stuffy and hot and the staff could not switch it on saying it wasn’t air con season yet. I asked for a fan, they said no. I reported to manager via Expedia, he never once spoke to me or anyone apologised for the poor state of the room. It was horrible. The bed is also very poor quality. Rickety and moved when you do. The mattress was like sleeping on cardboard! Very uncomfortable stay and staff/management unable to problem solve, put customer needs first or be accountable. Would not stay and would not recommend if bed, ability to regulate room temperature and customer care are important to you. Also for some reason they gave laminate flooring in corridors which makes loads of noise when people walk in them plus very echoy, doors thin so all noises heard plus lots of noise and smells from restaurant below courtyard.

L'hotel è ospitato in un edificio antico in centro, ottimamente ristrutturato.Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è ricca. Nella mia stanza risultava difficile regolare il riscaldamento. Non c'è un vero parcheggio auto incluso, solo tre o quattro auto trovano posto nei vicoli nelle immediate vicinanze, ed in tal caso vengono provviste di autorizzazione ad entrare nella zona pedonale e sostare. Comunque ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ho avuto qualche difficoltà a raggiungere l’hotel per i tanti lavori in città. Il personale comunque mi ha aiutato telefonicamente.

Let me start out by saying getting to the Hotel is not the easiest. The hotel will send you a message telling you to call when you get to the area and they will guide you in a GPS will not navigate inside the city. What the message should include is "Via Vittorio Veneto, 44, 70022 Altamura BA, Italy" this is the entrance. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful. Valet parking is very convenient. We were in room 102 for 5 nights. The bed mattress felt like we were rolling out of bed. There is a closet but limited drawer space for 2 people. The bathroom is large for Italy but again limited essential could use a few more towel bars and soap holders in the shower. I know I am an American used to everyday pleasantries. All in all we had a good time and would stay again if in the area.

Tres difficile de stationner proche de l'hotel le samedi soir car beaucoup de monde. Tres bon accueil et réceptionniste très sympathique malgré notre arrivée tardive. Tres bon petit déjeuner. Établissement très propre.

Hotel centrale, difficile parcheggiare

Das Hotel ist durch seine zentrale Lage ideal. Auch das eigene Restaurant war hervorragend. Nur die Anfahrt ins Zentrum durch die Fussgängerzone ist eine kleine Herausforderung, aber auch eine lustige Erfahrung. Für einen Besuch z.B. in Matera eine idealer Ort. Der Ort selbst ist zudem sehr schön, das Zentrum mehr als empfehlenswert. Alles direkt vor dem Hotel.

Beautiful historic building hotel. Staff was great. Just one thing. Air Conditioner didn’t work properly and it was literally a sauna they said it was too hot outside but I don’t buy it as after living in Miami Beach has never has these problems and it’s much hotter and humid.
