部屋のカーテンが外れていた。 遅いチェックイン、一泊のみだったので、そのまま泊まった。 朝食は良かった？

深夜にも関わらず対応してもらいました。清潔な部屋で満足です。

とても綺麗だった 空港からは少し遠い

スリッパがあり快適であった。

部屋は広くて朝食のレストランも良かったです。

・スタッフの対応は良い。 ・清潔である。 ・シャトルバスの集合場所に関する動画が少々古く、間違っている。(ガードレールは撤去されているし、ホテルに割り当てられた駐車スペースは4。) ・シャワーの出し方によって、トイレットペーパーが濡れる。 ・バスタブ付きの部屋では、栓が機能しない。 ・ドライヤーが途中で断続的に切れて待つ必要がある。 ・朝ごはんは美味しいが、レストランの食事(魚のタルタル、カチョエペペ、ティラミス)はお勧めしない。

Clean room. Great place for last leg of our trip.

The phone number given by Expedia us wrong. We could not get help as where to go for transfer from the airport. They put us in a wheel chair accessible room which was a pain and the bed was horrible

This was an OK stay as a one night before flying out. The room we were assigned had a concrete balcony outside of it meaning it turned into a sauna in the morning despite keeping the blackout curtains closed. We didn’t use any of the hotel amenities and went off site for our two meals. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This hotel was at the end of a street with great restaurants and a great view. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean in most areas. Our room had a lot of markings on the walls from scuffs but that didnt affect our stay. Shower was fantastic in the room. Pool was freezing but it was May. Breakfast was great, had a lot of options.

The property is in a good location with plenty of restaurants around. The amenities are lacking for the price that they charge. The room was barely clean. The shower soap dispenser was broken. There is no coffee maker in the room. No ironing board or iron box. The front desk staff was barely friendly. For a four star hotel it does not impress. There may be better options for the same price point.

Clean room, great roof top bar, shuttle service to and from airport was great. Hotel restaurant was fantastic.

Upon check-in the afternoon person was not very friendly. Seemed like he did not want to be there. We again saw him throughout the days, and he did not look up to acknowledge us. He was buried deep looking down at what I think was his computer. He was however friendlier to guests who spoke Italian. He did not make me feel very welcome. Other than that everyone else was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast selection was the smallest of any of the 15 or so hotels we had stayed at on this trip. The juice was just colored water and the croissants were tiny, etc. Otherwise our stay was OK. We always miss having a kettle in the room for a late-night beverage.

This place has seen better days. Walls needed to be cleaned, the whole place just needs a face lift.

I booked this hotel so I wouldn’t have to go into Rome, and catch a train following morning to Citivechia cruise port. Hotel offers a shuttle to airport where we caught a cheaper bus to the port. Surrounding the hotel many nice restaurants. Hotel is modern, clean and comfy bed and a real bathroom. Little noisy and dark but good value

This is a nice hotel that is near the end of the pier in Fiumicino. It's a good place to stay if you plan to visit Rome and then fly someplace else because it's near the airport. There is a 7 Euro charge for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and another 7 euro charge from the hotel to the airport, so the cost of going to Rome and then back to the hotel can mount up. The train from the airport to Termini station in Rome is 14 euros each way. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is a no-brainer, but the other direction is anything but. You have to stand on this narrow piece of cement to wait for the shuttle and it sometimes takes a while to straighten things out. The fifth-floor bar at the hotel has a beautiful view and there are a number of excellent restaurants in the area in addition to the hotel restaurant, which is perfectly decent. I recommend the Tiber hotel but keep in mind the transportation issues.

Rooftop bar was great. Room was very clean and comfortable.
