宿から日帰りでバスで移動した帰りの車内に友人が携帯電話を忘れてしまいました。チケット売り場の担当者からカスタマーサービスに電話するように言われました。フロントスタッフにその事を話したら代わりに電話してくださりとても助かりました。近くにも大きなスーパーありました。Wi-Fiもストレスありません。

メストレ駅からすぐのホテルで、ヴェネチアに行くのに、歩いて2分ほどのバス二番から15分ほどで行くことができます。荷物が重い、駅に近い、また安くてリーズナブルな価格のホテルで探していたので今回は凄く便利で良かったです。シャワーの水圧も良く、最近リフォームされた感じがありました。ただ、Wi-Fiが扉の近くじゃないと少し繋がりにくかったです。

AC not working. Staff didnt offer solutions or options. Was only convenient because its right in front of the train station.

Generally good and the staff was so good. Breakfast is ok considering the cost.

Albergo molto ben posizionato di fronte alla stazione FFSS. Camere spaziose e prima colazione abbondante con tanta frutta.

조금 욕실이 더럽고 방 전체가 오래된 느낌이지만 저렴하고 바로 메스트레역 앞이라 위치도 좋아요.

The staff were very friendly but the breakfast was not great. Air conditioning was a huge issue and we constantly had to ask them to fix it

Staff is helpful and very nice. Hotel is next to the train station, it is very easy and convenient to get to Venice from there. Good value for the price.

기차역 앞이라서 위치도 좋고 교통도 편리합니다. 주변에 마트 레스토랑등 베네치아 본섬보다 저렴하게 숙소를 구하시는분들께 추천합니다. 직원분들도 친절하셔서 너무 기분좋은 여행이었습니다

The bathroom was full of black mold. So much black mold. You must do better. That’s dangerous stuff.

The property is poorly managed, and it clearly shows in the cleanliness and the strong sewer smell we encountered, starting from the hallway to the room we stayed in. I spoke to the staff three times about the odor, but they dismissed my concerns, claiming it must have been perfume or something else. Only after we insisted did they bring two bottles of bleach and cleaner to pour down the bathroom drains, which, unsurprisingly, didn’t help. I had to open the window to air out the room, but it was very cold outside. After a few hours, I had to close the window, and the smell became even worse. We seriously considered leaving the facility and checking in somewhere else. By 1 a.m., we couldn’t sleep, so I contacted Expedia for help. Unfortunately, the agent was neither empathetic nor helpful. I explained that the situation was unpleasant, unhealthy, and likely hazardous, as we were possibly breathing in sewer fumes. After waiting on hold for over an hour, the agent informed me that the hotel wasn’t willing to refund or cancel anything. They offered to switch rooms, but I explained this offer came far too late and was never mentioned earlier. Instead, the staff repeatedly dismissed the smell, claiming it was from cleaning products or perfume, which was both absurd and insulting. I also told the Expedia agent that, in all my years of traveling, this was by far the worst experience, and the property should not be listed on Expedia. It’s clear they don’t check the hotels.

Very inconvenient check-in end time for travelers, not indicated in the check-in time section, front desk closed at 8pm, not like a regular HOTEL doing, we arrived at 9pm and won’t be able to check in, Expedia staff called the hotel nobody answered, we ended up with having to find another place to stay for that night with extra cost, very bad experience

The hotel is very convenient for airport drop off and the train station is only seconds away. The couple of things i thought could have made it better was. No toast only hard rolls and crispbreads. No salad to go with the meat and cheeses on offer. The 2nd thing was no shelving to store toiletries, we had to open the window and use the shelving. Not enough working sockets.

Leyendo comentarios de otros clientes tenía mis dudas de haber elegido bien el hotel, pero una vez que hemos estado sólo puedo decir que todo ha estado muy bien. Primero la simpatía de los empleados durante toda la estancia. Siempre estaban pendientes de ti, incluso al llegar nos obsequiaron con una botella de agua fría a cada uno (íbamos 3), que se agradecía por el calor que hacía. Respecto a la habitación decir que era más que suficiente de tamaño, cama matrimonio más otra supletoria muy cómodas, aire acondicionado potente y te lo encontrabas puesto al llegar, por lo que tenía la habitación fresquita. Baño de tamaño suficiente, ducha amplia con caudal de agua bastante bueno. El desayuno para mí resultó suficiente aunque no es el típico buffet en los que hay muchas cosas, esto ya depende de lo exigente que uno sea. A mi con dos mini bocadillos con fiambre, café y bollería tengo suficiente. Que hubiera sido mejor mucha más variedad, pues sí, pero por el precio que tenía la habitación es buena calidad-precio. La televisión prácticamente no la pusimos ya que llegábamos para ducharnos y acostarnos, además todos los canales eran en italiano. La ubicación inmejorable. Frente a la estación de tren y parada de autobus. Esperas menores a 10 minutos y en otros 10 estabas en Venecia. Por los alrededores hay varios restaurantes y tiendas, aunque no muy turísticos....En mi opinión hotel muy recomendable si lo que buscas es calidad precio.
