ラスペツィア中央駅を背に左に行くと数分のところにある。チンクエテッレ観光を鉄道とトレッキングなどで行きたいと考えていた私にとっては大変な好立地でした。またcoopなど駅前のスーパーにも近いです。 フロントスタッフも明るくて対応も迅速でした。 お部屋も清潔で、表通りに面した窓からはラスペツィアの通りが見下ろせて、夏の夕暮れを楽しむイタリアの人々の生活なども垣間見られ楽しかったです。

部屋から線路が見えるので、朝方は電車の音で目が覚めました。朝食にパンはありませんでした。

駅から歩いて3分ほど。チンクエテッレの観光には電車が多かったので、便利。 近くに食事ができるお店少ないが、徒歩10分以内に美味しいシーフード、イタリア料理のレストランがある。

Problema com a vaga de estacionamento que foi previamente solicitada ao hotel. Havia uma apenas 4 vagas para os hóspedes, não identificadas individualmente, em meio a outras de moradores, cujo estacionamento não é permitido. Quando cheguei à noite para estacionar, as vagas em frente ao hotel estavam ocupadas. Como não havia ninguém na recepção nesse horário, coloquei em outra vaga ao lado e recebi uma multa. Segundo a recepção, eu deveria ter ligado para um número de telefone para resolver o problema do estacionamento quando cheguei com o carro à noite. Se a vaga é reservada por todo o tempo da estadia, deve estar disponível a qualquer hora. O contato telefônico é necessário para qualquer imprevisto durante o horário em que a recepção não funciona. Para acesso ao hotel durante esse período, é preciso ter uma senha. Café da manhã restrito a poucos itens. Deveria ser melhor administrado.

Adoramos nossa estadia no hotel Veneza, foi a opção PERFEITA para conhecer La Spezia e a Cinque Terre! O ponto alto é a localização, praticamente ao lado da estação de trem, o que facilitou muito a estadia e a locomoção. A acomodação é confortável e aconchegante. E a equipe muito simpática e acolhedora! Recomendamos e voltaremos com certeza. ❤️

Bra läge precis vid tågstationen för utforskning av Cinc Terre. Rent och välstädat men ganska spartanska rum. Hjälpsam och vänlig personal i receptionen. Medioker frukost.

Exclente hotel, a 2 minutos de la estacion de tren, Que te lleva a todo cinque terre y otras ciudades. Buenas habitaciones y excelente personal. La ubicacion espectacular bares, restaurantes y excelente transporte . Zona muy segura.

This hotel is just down the street from the Central Station and at the head of the main shopping and restaurant street in La Spezia. A 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal for Cinque Terre tours. A small supermarket and a laundry are nearby, which is useful for travelers without a car. The front desk person on arrival was excellent - very helpful.

Fint lite hotell med veldig kort veg til togstasjonen, noko som gjorde det enkelt å besøke Cinque Terre. Rommet var reint og funksjonelt, og personalet var hyggelege. Perfekt utgangspunkt for dagsturar til landsbyane. Einaste minuset var at det var ganske lytt ut i gangen. Elles var opphaldet veldig greitt, og eg kan anbefale hotellet vidare for kortare opphald. Kan anbefale Bjoin som er 200 meter unna hotellet for mykje variert mat og åpen heile dagen. Vi åt der fleire gangar.

Great location to explore the Cinque Terre without being only one in the one place. Took the boat along the coast then returned to La Spezia. Spent a good deal of time in La Spezia which has little tourists and some excellent restaurants.

Location is excellent! Hotel is in a very good condition, with comfortable beds, and satisfying breakfast. Front desk team are very friendly and eager to help.

Loved this quaint hotel, very close to the train station and to the pedestrian walkway in La Spezia. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again, if ever in the area.

The best hotel in La Spezia, clean , friendly staff especially Erica and Antonella. 200 meters from train station. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to the port area. Very accomodating, we arrived late at night at the hotel and Erica kept in touch with us via Whatsapp to make sure we had access to the property afterhours. Will definitely return to Hotel Venezia !!!

Made very welcome and was allowed to check in a few hours early. Places to visit and where to eat were also recommended.

The staff here are amazing, if only all hospitality staff were this obliging..
