Hôtel confortable et proche du centre.

Nice hotel. It feels like you’re staying in someone’s home. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. We booked one of the rooms with a hottub which I would not reccomend. Just get a regular room, don’t pay extra for this. The hottub is just a jetted bathtub, the water doesn’t get hot, just lukewarm and the jets were not very strong and there was film in the water before we got in.

Great other than AC also did not have laundry

Beskrivelse av stedet stemmer dårlig. Det var inget treningssenter der, ingen bar, ingen restaurant, ingen sykkelutleie, ingen hjelp å få til turer/ billetter og språkkunnskapene var dårlige. Bildene fra stedet stemmer heller ikke. Det fantes ingen lobby. Av bildene ( spesielt luksussuiten) får man inntrykk av at hotellet ligger ved stranden… noe den ikke gjør.

The Location was near to the Train Station and very centrally.A lot of Restaurants and very near to the beach,which is always very crowded.our room was very quiet and we enjod the terrasse.Overall the breskfast was good, but the bread was Not soften.We wished to have more Salads!We liked the cats Pipino and the chief, who was always singing in the Morning!

It was a lovely stay. The staff is super friendly, room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Few steps from the storical centre of Tropea.

You won't find more friendly staff members at any hotel. From the front lobby to the cleaning staff, everyone made us feel like we were family, photos were taken upon our departure. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road into the city from the train station located less than 10 minutes away. The rooms are interesting, ours included hand painted frescoes on the walls. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice served by staff who truly feel proud of their hotel. Tropea is such a beautiful if busy town with lovely beaches and clear blue waters. Nearby Pizzo is also worth a visit. Excellent stay in a very special place.

It was close to all amenities and very clean very friendly hotel

Very clean and nice apartment, big enough for 2 people, having a lift in somewhere like Rome is always great. The restaurant right at the entrance is amazing

The staff is very friendly. The location is amazing to walk to the most beautiful parts of tropea is only a few minutes away. We booked the suite. This is an underground room with no ventilation and air conditioning was broken. We couldn’t sleep all night from how hot and stuffy it was in the room even though the weather outside was not warm. There was no draw sheet on the mattress and we found a cockroach in our room. We could have left the sliding door open for some air however that would have felt unsafe. We would have been better off with a regular room since those have windows. There’s also no designated parking so we spent 30 euros paying for parking for one night. This property was ok and definitely not what I expected of a 4 star rated hotel. This must be an old rating.

Il panorama dalla nostra camera suite Deluxe era spettacolare, ma la camera era distante 400 m dalla sede dell'albergo e c'erano 3 piani a piedi da fare. Personale gentile ,accogliente e professionale, ma colazione poco soddisfacente

decisamente il prezzo non e' ragionevole per il servizio offerto (nessuno, neanche la colazione) e er la tipologia di alloggio! none' un hotel ma una stanza all'ultimo piano (senza ascensore!) di un palazzo antico/vecchio. il condizionatore e' rumorosissimo, il bagno microscopico e very cheap. la colazione c'e ma devi camminare per 15 minuti a piedi per andare a farla nella sede dell'hotel. sinceramente, a parte la cortesia del personale, e' veramente un pacco!

I spent extra for a Triple Room and the woman at reception tried to convince me that I did not. I was offered the only room they had left, a double, for myself and my family. The room itself was not in a state of good repair, and was dark like a dungeon with the lights off. The mattress was too big for its frame, causing it to bow concave up, making for a terrible night’s sleep. The bathroom was an absolute horror. The toilet seat was cracked and glued back together. The shower in the stall did not work, and use of the tub flooded the bathroom. The handheld shower wand was full of mildew. The light above the sink flickered on and off. It was rather obvious that no real effort was put into maintaining the room. The only redeeming quality was the buffet breakfast, but that was far from enough to overshadow the misery of the room. Considering the amount spent, it was a travesty. To anyone considering staying here, Caveat emptor.

Ottimo servizio, pulizia e posizione centralissima

The property looked charming, but there was no advertised bar, no room service, no hairdryer, no advertised gym facility, the rooms themselves were small musty and overall disappointing.
