ホテル ヴィラ ビアンカ

J'ai passé quatre nuits en octobre 2025 que j'ai grandement appréciées. J'avais un petite chambre propre et confortable (la douche étant très petite) avec une petite terrasse avec vue sur Castelmola. J'ai apprécié les petits-déjeuners buffets complets et excellents, ainsi que les repas du soir. L'Hôtel est très bien situé, à côté du téléphérique, à quelques pas de la plage d'Isola Bella et à quelques pas des escaliers qui montent au belvédère Via Pirandello et au coeur de Taormina (il faut cependant aimer la marche). Merci à toute l'équipe !

Utrolig sur betjening, foruten kafén/restauranten og vaskedamen. Personalet i spisesalen var frekk, sur og lite servicevennlig. Veldig lite utvalg av mat.

Dispiace constatare che la struttura non corrisponde affatto alle stelle da voi pubblicizzate!! Non si può dare una camera senza neanche un frigo bar. Televisore in alto a soffitto con inclinazione fastidiosa per chi ha voglia di guardare la tv. Troppe scale a piedi per poter raggiungere la camera !! Da INFARTO!! Infissi cadenti con il rischio di rimanere chiusi dentro!! Insomma un quattro stelle solo sulla carta!! L'unica nota positiva l’aria condizionata è una vista panoramica decente .Per chiudere e stendere un velo pietoso, direi UNA VERA DELUSIONE PER IL PREZZO PAGATO!!

What a great location!! Same view as the 2000 euro a night hotel across the steet and 1 minute walk to the sand. Location perfect. right beside the cable car entrance up to Taormina and bus to/from train station. Also front of house was very accommodating and friendly.

Vi fandt en kakerlak på værelset og blev flyttet til et andet værelse. Toiletbrættet sad ikke fast, afløbet i badet var tilstoppet og vandtrykket var for lavt til at kunne vaske hår. Bygningen bærer præg af at være gammel og slidt. Elevatoren virkede ikke - det virkede som en permanent ting. Morgenmaden var kedelig og dårligt tilbedredt. Hotellet har en god beliggenhed, men er bestemt ikke pengene værd.

Ok hotell men ganska slitet och på vårt rum var mörkläggningsjalusit ur funktion och luftkonditioneringsaggregatet på utsidan väsnades extremt.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was great and our room was cleaned to a high standard each day. Breakfast was to a high standard. Sara was a star for both food and drinks. Well positioned near to beaches and the cable car. Overall, I would say we had a pleasant stay.

Albergo vecchio e malandato. Personale freddo e scostante

This was probably 4 stars 20 years ago but not now. The hotel requires some redecorating. Our room an bathroom were really small. It was 33-34 C when we arrived and nobody at reception told us that the air con had not been working for 10 days. We only found out when we got to the room and found a badly functioning fan. The sink was blocked and we couldn't use it for a day. We requested 2 additional pillows 3 times but we never got them. The staff at the reception had no customer service skills and it always felt like we were bothering them. Parking is hard to reach and places are limited - if you don't get a place you have to park in the public parking at 17 Euro per night. The hotel is situated close to the cable car and walking distance to the beach but they don't offer a space on the beach. With 10 Euro per person they can drive you to a place about 2Km away where you can use their seaside facilities. I would not recommend this hotel as we did not enjoy our stay there.

Placering, beliggenhed og servicen tæller op på plus siden. Personale er super hjælpsomme og man føler sig godt tilpas. Et hyggeligt lille hotel. Men Prisen er alt for høj for hotellet sammenlignet med andre hoteller i samme prisklasse. hotel er meget slidt og trænger til gennemgribende renovering og modernisering mange steder... ødelagte solstole og parasoller - alt bør udskiftes. Poolområde meget lille og pool trænger til renovering, revnede fliser få sol stole. Hotel og værelser slidt og meget gammeldags. Kun wifi i receptions område, ej på værelser. Tv meget lille. Morgen maden simpel, men ok Brochure på værelse ikke opdateret med nuværende tilbud.. eks ej bar på taget, ej underholdning ved fredags buffet

The location is good, but the service is so bad, breakfast is horrible, bathroom is so small that you have to walk sideway in it. I don’t recommend this hotel. The room not like in the pictures.

Hotel location is best part of this hotel. Desk service was poor, rude and refused upgrade. Rooms are out of the 1950's and in shabby condition. Would NOT stay here again.

ROOM WAS DIRTY AND POORLY MAINTAINED - LIGHT BULBS OUT AND THEY DID NOT FIX). THERE WAS NO AC ( TURNED OFF IN SEPTEMBER) OR WIFI IN THE ROOM AS ADVERTISED. ONLY WIFI WAS IN THE LOBBY WITH 1950'S VINTAGE COUCHES. ROOM HAD A GREAT VIEW BUT THE RAILROAD WAS IMMEDIATELY BELOW THE HOTEL. BETWEEN THE TRAIN NOISE AND THE STREET NOISE IT WAS UNBEARABLE, POOL WAS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON ( THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED) TO TOP IT OFF THE ELEVATOR WAS UNRELIABLE SO WE HAD TO CARRY BAGS UP AND DOWN 3 FLIGHTS, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HELL HOLE.

Sea View? Then youll be given one of the rooms in the annex building up the mountain. To access it you take the lift to the 5th floor veranda, go down a 12-step metal staircase then up 64 steps to your building. Once there, it's another 20 steps up to the ground-floor and more up to uour room, as there's no lift in that building. Air-Conn? Only fron June to September, no matter what thr weather is at other times. Wi-Fi? Only within 5 metres of Reception. Not in bedrooms; not in the bar; not in the restaurant. Rooms in the main building either face onto the road or onto nothing.

Accueil agréable. Selon les chambres, il y a beaucoup beaucoup de marches mais en compensation il y a la vue.

Very good location nearby the cable road to Center and close the beaches. Friendly stuff. Old hotel but suitable for us. Our exprience was great.
