La struttura non è male , ha una bella piscina, anche se senza bagno. La posizione è piuttosto decentrata, ma ben servita da autobus. Andrebbe un pò ristrutturato, la rubinetteria nei bagni è datata, lo specchio nel bagno della stanza addirittura presentava degli aloni marroni da usura. Buona la colazione, ma non eccezionale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo , considerata la media prezzi del posto ad agosto.

Wir sind wirklich mehr als zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich gleich gut aufgehoben und hat das Gefühl zuhause zu sein. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch bei euch. Vielen Dank das wir da sein dürften.

Soggiorno singolo per una notte in una camera due metri per tre. Bagno piccolissimo e con una doccia che nemmeno nei peggiori spogliatoi degli stadi. La notte un vero incubo, stanza non insonorizzata e visto l’ingresso della stanza in un piccolo corridoio con altre stanze unite ed a faccia strada i rumori facevano da padrone. La ciliegina sulla torta la colazione, se devi andare via presto non la puoi fare siccome con tanta calma prima delle 8 non apre.

Nice simple hotel close to Forio and easy access to Mortella Garden, Poseidon and other local spas.

il ns giudizio non è completo in quanto l'hotel aveva aperto x le vacanze di fine anno. Le piscine non erano disponibili e questo l'ho saputo solo al mio arrivo, avrei preferito saperlo prima, il prezzo quindi non avendo a disposizione tutti i confort doveva essere ulteriormente ridotto, la camera era staccata dal complesso ed era freddina, noi eravamo in giro tutto il giorno ed abbiamo dovuto rientrare x accendere il riscaldamento . Il personale, titolari, erano disponibilissimi, in base a quest'ultimi riteniamo che l'hotel meriti un giudizio più profondo e non solo per questi pochi giorni che abbiamo soggiornato ed a regime ridotto.

E stato un soggiorno orribile . Camera non corrispondente a quanto pubblicizzato.Igiene della camera approssimativo, non parliamo del bagno assolutamente vergognoso mi sembrava di essere tornato al medioevo.Ho dovuto anche pagare un supplemento per l'aria condizionata che mi ha reso il soggiorno ancora più stressante per il forte rumore. Dalla camera si sentivano tutti i particolari.... dalle stanze vicine

Well we stayed at Villa Franca on a last minute booking in July 2015 for 5 nights. It is a good for the money they charge inexpensive cost, location was good. The family owned hotel should have better customer service, they should greet the customers the minute they walk in, offer a beverage. The husband looks very unhappy, should not be there and he was very unfriendly and never smiled basically looked miserable, the daughter likes to walk around in short shorts which is not dress attire appropriate for the guests, she really does nothing much for the hotel but just passing time. Just a few advice for the family owned hotel. Better breakfast maybe more selection, one morning there was cheese and after that never saw cheese again in our 5 night stay, same boring cold cuts, not your friendliest staff with exception for the wife and cleaning ladies were very nice. The pool was the best highlight of the hotel. They need to improve a couple of things in the hotel and their customer service.

Air conditioning cost extra money in the mid of summer, no flexibility showed, room full with mosquitos, breakfasts were awfull with no variance, hotel staff were absolutly Not helpful

Hotellet valdes för sin närhet till Giardino La Mortella och för det var läget perfekt annars låg det lite trist, nära stora vägen och långt ifrån vattnet. Men med trevlig personal och en snackande papegoja. Bra pool och sköna sängar.

My visit was to attend the Gardens La Mortella, and to hear four pupils from a Manchester Music School. Hotel Villa Franca is family run, clean, comfortable and welcoming.It is also extremely good value for money. Next time I stay I hope to be there for a month. Quite, quite beautiful and soooo relaxing : perfect.

Hotel grazioso, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, colazione molto soddisfacente, unico neo un pò troppo rumoroso dovuto alla vicinanza alla strada, ma ciò non dipende certamente dagli ottimi gestori dell'hotel. Sicuramente da consigliare

Obwohl Ich nur ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht hatte bekam ich sofort ein komfortablss ruhiges Zimmer fur einen gerjngen Aufpreis von 5 € pro Tag. Wünsche wurde sofort erfüllt. Es gab sogar nocb am letzten Tag ein Frühstückpaket.
