Middagen var underbart god, bra service Vi hade ett fint rum med stor uteplats med mycket vacker utsikt.

Everything about Villa La Malva was excellent except the location If you are in witness protection this is the perfect place Remote, out of the way and quiet Only issue is there is no public transportation available, except taxi Added an expense of aprox 50 euro each way. However the staff, the room the breakfast and dinner are all 5 star if you are looking to be close to the action this is not the place however if you want a nice quiet romantic place this is a Great place

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort. Der Service war sehr nett, aufmerksam und konnten sehr gut Englisch und Italienisch. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Det är inte ofta vi återvänder till ett hotell, men detta var andra gången på Villa la Malva, alltså bara det ett väldigt bra betyg. Vi har bägge gångerna bott i de lite rymliga rummen med terass mot dagen - underbart. Allt är fräsht och fint och personalen toppen. Delar av personalen pratar svenska. Poolen är fin med fantastisk vy, och vid poolkanten serveras även middag för den som vill. Bil är nog ett måste, och med den kommer man lätt till t ex Pisa, Lucca och Florens. Vackert, trevligt och prisvärt!

If you are looking for a 5 star Hotel, this is not your place, but if you are seeking a peaceful place with an excellent view and even better staff, this is THE place!

Die Personal waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut, insbesondere die Croissant waren sehr lecker. Expedia hat andere Bilder gezeigt als was wir erlebt haben, und könnte das Zimmer gemütlicher gemacht werden.

It's a very beautiful place. My family and I were very well taken care of at the Lá Malva hotel. We hope to see you again soon.

I enjoyed the Tuscan style dining experience at this property. However we were bombarded with mosquitoes in our room during sleep hours and there was no reception readily available to address any issues.

It was a disconnect between Travelocity and the hotel about the room reserved. The hotel provided a room that was an economy type instead of a standard as reserved and would not change for reasons that they were fully booked even though I thought they were not. The hotel is far away from Florence and to reach you will need a car. The hotel is the only thing worth to see in town and the only restaurant available. The food was good but expensive.

It was some disconnect between Travelocity and the hotel about what type of room was booked, but it was definitely not the one advertised by Travelocity. We complained but the hotel management indicated that they couldn’t do anything about it and to complain directly to Travelocity and we did but nothing was done. In addition the hotel was in a difficult to reach location and definitely not close to Florence. Besides that the hotel staff was very accommodating and the restaurant food was excellent.

The staff at the hotel are all great and helpful. The food/drinks at the restaurant are very overpriced as the hotel know there is no where else within walking distance. The AC in the room was also very weak so the room was pretty warm, even at night.

Bel hôtel avec un tres bon accueil. Piscine très agréable. Un peu isolé dans la campagne, la voiture est indispensable. Le restaurant est bon mais un peu chee.

Esta foi a terceira vez que me hospedei no Villa la Malva, as 2 primeiras vezes foram ótimas , a 10 anos atrás, mas esta ultima foi pessima. Passamos muito calor , porque eles não estavam ligando a central de refrigeração, porque segundo eles o verão ainda não tinha chegado, mas era final de maio e fazia mais de 30 °c. Era um absurdo a quantidade de pernilongos que tinha no quarto, fui pedir um repelente eletrico , e eles me mandaram ir na farmacia comprar. Eles cresceram sem extrutura, o atendimento e limpeza que eram ótimos , agora estão péssimos. Ficamos 8 dias hospedadas lá, passando um calor terrivel e sendo devoradas por pernilongos, e quando reclamei , eles foram bem grossos. Não recomendo hospedar neste hotel, eles pioraram muito.

NO CAR do not book this hotel. We arrived on the train from Florence and were stranded at the train station . It is all up hill 3 miles was too far to walk . The hotel and staff are lovely, this is truly a hotel for locals. It was very stressful trying to figure out transportation. I was in tears the owner told me if we wanted transportation to stay at a 4 or 5 star hotel . It is a beautiful property, they are truly doing themselves are disservice not offering transportation.

Wonderful view, great food when we were able to eat there because dinner time is not consistent, the room is cute but needs updating and bathroom hot water pressure is not as good. People was very nice but hard to be found sometimes. Hotel grounds very unsafe and slippery.

Es war wirklich i.O.. die Wirtsleute und der Sohn Jonathan sehr nett. Leider war der Pool schon winterfest gemacht, aber so ist das halt Ende Oktober!

Underbart familjehotell i en liten by cirka 15 minuters bilresa från Florens, med supertrevliga ägare. Otroligt god mat som serveras vid poolen och frukost på takterrassen med utsikt över dalen.

Wir hatten u.a. ein tolles Zimmer mit Balkon, der einen wunderbaren Ausblick bot. Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Chefin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei der Hitze im August war der Pool absolut spitze (eine Hälfte flacher und zum Stehen, die andere Hälfte toll tief für die Kinder zum Tauchen!)!!!

Everything was wonderful from the view to the staff to the meal overlooking the hills. The breakfast was also terrific. The lady owner was so pleasant to talk to. Just exceptional in every way😊
