Très bel hôtel avec une jolie piscine et une magnifique vue sur l'Etna. Le restaurant sur place est également de très bonne qualité même si, hormis les pizzas, la carte est un peu trop réduite.

Camere senza alcun isolamento acustico. Manutenzioni rumorose eseguite alle 8 del mattino. WC senza sedile. Lavandino intasato. Luce della stanza ad intermittenza.

Great stop before or after going to Mount Etna

La chambre n'était pas propre. Des confettis du client avant étaient dans toute la chambre et la salle de bain. La climatisation à 16° ne refroidissait pas. Nous devions dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Le frigidaire ne refroidissait pas à notre arrivée. Il a fallu que l'on fasse intervenir un technicien. De plus, étant en fauteuil roulant, c'est assez compliqué à se déplacer. Pas de place de parking réservé. Ascenseur petit.

Très bien il y avait une fête dans l hôtel juste du coup un peu de bruit dans la chambre

Wir waren einige Tage dort, es war nachts laut durch die Umgebung, aber wiederum sehr praktisch um zum Etna zu gelangen, wie auch nach Catania oder Taormina. Das Frühstück war guter Durchschnitt, wir haben das Hotelrestaurant nur genutzt um abends noch einen Drink zu haben. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht unbedingt vertrauenserweckend, laut und alles sieht sehr heruntergekommen aus. Ich würde sagen für Aktiv-Urlauber, Wanderer, Radfahrer eine guter Stützpunkt. Für Urlauber die etwas Luxus, Service und Ambiente suchen, absolut nicht geeignet.

Fint hotel til en rimelig pris. Poolen blev ikke rengjort i den uge, vi var der, så den kan ikke anbefales at benytte. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men fin til lige at starte dagen på. Det ligger et godt stykke fra andet by, så det kan bestemt anbefales, at man har bil med.

The mattress was past its best (bowed), the furniture tired (lots of knocks and scrapes) and the room and bathroom in need of updating. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. That said the staff were very friendly and the lounge and lobby areas were nice, pool ok, breakfast also very good. OK for one night but no more.

Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité avec l'etna. Nous souhaitions nous y reposer afin de réaliser l'ascension assez tôt le lendemain. Malheureusement, les chambres donnent sur la piscine et sont très mal isolées et non insonorisées. Et la première nuit une sorte de "fête" au bord de cette piscine nous a empêché de dormir avec une "musique" et un bruit épouvantables avec quelqu'un qui hurlait dans un micro, depuis le soir et jusqu'à 1H15 du matin!! Notre demande de faire stopper ces nuisances a été infructueuse, et aucune contre-partie à cette première nuit épouvantable n'a été proposée. Par ailleurs en journée la piscine perd de son intérêt avec une autre "musique" par hauts parleurs qui oblige à lire avec des boules quies... Le petit déjeuner est sommaire et les chambres accessibles par de nombreux escaliers avec personne pour aider à monter les bagages.Un ascenseur extérieur semble en construction mais n'était pas opérationnel lors de notre séjour. Donc à éviter si on souhaite être au calme et être acceuillis avec le respect minimum.

Very easy to find accommodation, until you look for the main car park, so our approach was from the overflow car park. We walked up a slippery path into a heaving, noisy, swimming pool area, full of youngsters and even school children! Not what we expected at all. Impossible to find a sun bed, they were either in use or reserved with towels and no one to be seen! Room wasn't available at our check in time. Filled our time at the bar and in the restaurant - no pizzas on Wednesday! Bar staff were very friendly, less so for restaurant staff at lunch time. The hotel is run by very young staff. Food was tasty and nicely presented. When shown to our room, it wasn't what we had booked, in fact we were being offered a "double" room, which on plan was a single!!! No balcony either. Management did rectify this and we were very pleased with our replacement room, but that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Restaurant at night was very quiet, but it seemed the staff knew the people sitting in the area and spent much time chatting with them, it seems staff also took their young children to work with them! Poor children! Not appropriate.Breakfast room was lovely and bright, cheerful staff and all the usual things you expect at breakfast time. Nice to see a chiller with perishable things in it, too. The location is really good for an early start up Etna, Rifugio Sapienza. We were there for 9.30 and no queues!!! Felt like we stayed in a 6th form common room with nice facilities.

Notre chambre de 4 personnes était bien. Le petit déjeuner compris et un parking à proximité de l'hôtel. La piscine n'est pas privée, beaucoup de monde et endroit bruyant. Manque d'attention auprès des clients de la part de certaines personnes du personnel, même pas "bonjour" ! Des soirées privées sont organisées dans un des restaurants et les clients ne sont pas prévenus du bruit éventuel. Par contre, emplacement de l'hôtel idéal pour l'ascension de l'Etna.

Meillä oli varattu hotellista kaksi erillistä huonetta ja vietimme niissä kaksi yötä. Hotellille tultaessa autolle löyty hyvin tilaa kuten oli luvatty ja samalla hotelli näytti ulospäin erittäin hyvältä. Valitettavasti heti kun aloimme siirtyä hotellille päin huomasi nopeaan, että pihaa ei ollut siivottu tai huolehdittu sen kunnosta. Linnun jätöksiä kaikkialla, uima-allas likainen, monet kukat kuolleita, allaspenkit sekaisin, laattoja irti yms. Respassa palvelu oli hyvää, mutta kun pääsimme huoneeseen huomasimme sen olevan epäsiisti. Hanat törkyisiä, suihkuverho homeessa, lakanat likaisia, lasit/peilit likaisia sekä pölyä ympäriinsä. Parvekkeelta avautui mahtavat maisemat merelle sekä Etnalle, mutta tätäkin pilaamassa oli kukkaruukku missä kukat olivat jo kuolleet vuosia sitten. Aamiainen kuului huoneen hintaan, mutta tämä oli erittäin niukka. Tarjolla oli vain kuivaa leipää ja muutama leivos. Ruokahalu kuitenkin meni hakiessa ruokailuvälineitä sillä mukit, lusikat ja veitset olivat likaisia sekä vesipullokin oli uudelleen täytetty hanasta. Hotelli pisti hieman vihaksi sillä pienellä siistimisellä kokemus olisi ollut paljon miellyttävämpi. Potentiaalia paikalla olisi todella paljon ja tällä hetkellä vain asiakaspalvelu oli hyvää tasoa.

Lo staff molto disponibile, cordiale e professionale. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto un rinfrescante cocktail di benvenuto e la sera, seguendo il consiglio delle receptionist abbiamo scelto di cenare nel ristorante "Ambra" dell'hotel; i piatti sono curati nella presentazione, ricchi di prodotti tipici locali e i prezzi ragionevoli. Le camere sono ben arredate e pulite, in linea con il resto della struttura. Anche il Buffet della colazione si presenta molto bene, ma la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente, sono state le ore trascorse a bordo piscina godendo di quella tranquillità e frescura di cui avevamo proprio bisogno!

Everything was perfect, including the breakfast. The roon was huge. The site of the hotel is wonderful and it is very near from Etna vulcano.
