One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in!!! We stayed in the panoramic room with private hot tub for a special birthday treat and everything was beyond expectations. Super clean and such a luxurious feel from the decor to the amenities and a delicious hearty breakfast every morning. Do not hesitate to book this hotel! Staff are very polite and helpful, Location was perfect too.

Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer, toller großer Balkon mit Blick auf den See! Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, Parkmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden, das Personal war sehr herzlich und bemüht! Ich kann jedem dieses Hotel nur empfehlen (: es liegt auch sehr nahe zum Stadtzentrum.

O quarto não foi o reservado, não tendo nem a mesa para trabalhar com o notebook, como foi mencionado na hora da reserva. Nosso primeiro atendimento não foi bom, pois o atendente dizia que não tinha o nosso quarto disponível, quando o mesmo estava disponível no Hotels.com, para o mesmo dia. Não foi a primeira vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel e sempre escolhemos o mesmo quarto. Nos deram um quarto para portadores de necessidades especiais.

Allgemein gut gefallen, allerdings hatten wir das Hotel aufgrund des vorhandenen Spa-Bereichs und Pools gebucht. Leider war der Pool nicht immer offen und der Spa Bereich kann nur gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 20€ pro Person für 90 Minuten genutzt werden. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind laut und morgen zieht der Geruch aus der Küche vom Frühstück hoch ins Zimmer, was eher unangenehm war.

Helt underbart Hotell. Absolut Världsklass.

Had a couple of days staying at the hotel as a base for exploring Lake Garda. Stunning location, walking distance to the town, private parking and exceptionally high standard.

Hotel novo, de bom gosto, muito bem localizado. Ótima estrutura e atendimento.

Hotel and staff were fab! Very accommodating even after checking out. Thank you very much for upgrading us as well, it made our trip very special!

The hotel is very nice with a heated pool at a comfortable 30+ degrees with a shallow area that is amazing to sunbath in. The garden in general is a lovely place to hang out and watch the sun sink in the lake. Free parking at the hotel property is also a major plus. The staff is very accommodating to our requests and just very kind. The cocktails are tasty and the breakfast is very well done with plenty of options. Loved almost everything about it! The only tiny detail I would note for the hotel is to offer some complementary cooled (citrus)-water in the lobby or something since there is also no complementary water offered in the room. (Eco reasons?) Some offering of refreshment after a walk from town should be standard at a hotel with this level of service since there is also no welcome drink offered at check in; your only go-to now is the mini-bar when you arrive thirsty from the heat outside…

Ehkä paras hotelli ikinä ja monessa ollaan oltu! Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvät sängyt ja laadukkaat tekstiilit sekä pesuaineet huoneessa. Aamiainen superhyvä! Allas ja aurinkotuolit sekä sijainti järven rannalla mieluisia. Kävelymatka Sirmionen vanhaan kaupunkiin. Tulisin toistekin!
