The front desk staff was friendly and easy to talk to. It was easy to ask for help with repairing suitcases, picking up items from the store, etc.

5-7 min walk from Milan Centrale Station. Absolutely worth the €2 extra for breakfast. Clean bedroom & bath. Comfortable pillows. Very friendly staff. Recommended.

The location was great and staff friendly. However the sole alarm went off 5 times during the night. All times false alarm and staff said from people smoking in their room. We got very little rest

Concierge very nice, helpful. Gave us a recommendation for a local restaurant - food great. When we arrived for breakfast, there were no clean tables and no person seen to assist so we were forced to clean dirty dishes off and place on the window sill in order to sit down to eat. While we were eating the bus boy interrupted and my companion was forced to stand and move out of the way as he cleaned away the dirty dishes.

Central , clean , spacious . AC was not working but had 3 fans that actually made us feel cold at night. When on a budget 3 things are a must: safe, clean and convenient, this place is it ! Do recommend

If you are looking for a no frills, no lobby hotel with air conditioning that barely works this is the place. The front desk people are very nice but the hotel is not a place id return to or recommend. Location is near the central train station which is convenient. I’ve never stayed in a place that I had to leave the room key wit the front desk every time you leave the property.

최악의 호텔. 역 가까이에 있어서 편리함 때문에 예약을 했는데 최악의 선택이되고 말았어요. 처음 안내 받은 방은 청소를 제대로 하지않았는지 베개와 수건에 머리카락이 묻어 있었어요. 변기 커버는 아예 고장난 상태로 분리가 되어있어 앉는 순간 흔들리는 바람에 변기 안으로 엉덩이가 빠질뻔한 아찔한 순간도 있었어요. 변기 자체가 높아 168cm 여성인 제 키에도 발이 안전하게 바닥에 지지가 되지 않아요. 프론트에 컴플레인을 전달하니 새로 방을 바꿔줬는데 힘들게 풀어놓았던 짐을 다시 옮긴후 식사를 하고 들어와 나중에 획인해보니 이곳 역시 청소가제대로 안되어 있어 바닥과 협탁 서랍 안에 먼지가 가득해서 물건을 디시 꺼내놓아야했습니다. 협탁유리도 깨어져있어 하마터면 손을 다칠뻔했구요~!!! 욕실 또한 형편없었어요. 수건들은 눅눅했었고 샤워커튼도 사용한지 오래된듯 아래 부분이 찌들어 있었어요. 호텔에 분명히 에어컨이 설치되어 있다고 표시되어 있어서 예약했는데 조그만 선풍기 한대와 창문에 임시로 설치한듯 보여지는 엄청 소음이 심한 허접한 벽걸이형 선풍기가 달려 있었는데 이 호텔에선 이걸 에어컨이라고 하나보네요. 어이가 없어서 원~~~ 그마저도 어설프게 창문에 대충 붙여놓은 상태라 창문은 옆쪽이 10cm이상 열린 상태이고 그곳을 통해 대로변의 소음이 그대로 다 들어오더군요. 모기는 말할것도 없구요~ㅠㅠ 유럽의 호텔들 특히 이탈리아의 호텔은 정말이지 실망스럽습니다. 가격이 저렴한것도 아닌데 말이죠~~ 유럽의 특성상 호텔들의 낡은 시설과 불편함은 어떻게든 참아보겠어요. 하지만 청결상태는 기본이잖아요? 분명히 기존 숙박객이 체크아웃을 하고 나면 새로 룸 청소를 할텐데 변기시트가 고장난걸 체크를 안했을까요? 청소를 제대로 하지않았다던가 아니면 하우스키퍼가 호텔측에 전달을 안했다던가 아니면 전달을 했는데도 수리도 안한채 투숙객에게 그대로 하자있는 방을 내어줬다던가... 그 어느쪽도 다 문제가 있는것 아닐까요? 너무너무 불쾌하고 짜증나는 숙박이었어요~!!!!!

Horrible hotel. The basin tap was leaking and the hotel did nothing to fix it despite reporting it to them. Very expensive for such a hotel and I didn’t know the area but while I was there I found much better hotels for a cheaper price. It is not only the hotel management but hotels.com fault in advertising for such a poor quality hotel with such expensive daily rate

Hyvä sijainti aivan päärautatieaseman lähellä. Perushuone jossa ei mitään erikoisuuksia.

It is ok. The room had been cleaned with something which made me cough constantly so I had to sleep with the windows open which was very noisy. They had trouble finding out reservation and it was 11pm so a bit worried that we had nowhere to stay

Veldig fornøyd med servicen fra det vennlige personalet. Rommet var rent, og fint med kjøleskap. Putene harde og flate men brukte bare en ekstra dyne til pute.
