オテル ドローネ

This was the single worst hotel experience I've had in years of travel. The hotel is a very old building with stone and hardwood, and there is zero sound insulation. You can hear your neighbors talking like they're in your room. There was no staff at the hotel in the late evening, so our first night was exceptionally loud with people going up and down the hall shouting. But it quieted down after several hours. The second night was worse as on top of the sound of people running around and shouting, someone tried to get in our room and was shouting at our door. I went to reception and no one was there and called down and no one answered. Later when I complained, the answer was basically "oh I'm sorry". The third night was even worse as someone was yelling and trying to get into our room both at 11pm and 3am. No staff was available to help, and we contemplated calling the police but the person who tried to get into our room sounded drunk and confused but not aggressive. The next morning, it was hard to find a staff person that spoke English, but when I did the response was very rudely that if I didn't like their hotel I could leave, and they would not give me a refund of the nights I didn't stay there (I stayed 3/6 nights). We chose to leave, because we were exhausted from 3 nights of poor sleep and frankly didn't feel safe. Expedia also tried numerous times on our behalf to get a refund of the nights we didn't use, but the hotel refused them too.

We have just returned from a week at Hotel D’Olonne (or should I say Chateau D’Olonne). We were excited before arrival, and we were not disappointed. The hotel and its staff ensured a safe, welcoming and comfortable stay. Special shout out to Gloria who ran the reception like a boss. Super food in the atmospheric restaurant (think medieval banquet), and the best Aperol Spritz. Perfectly positioned to the main cable car and boot hire, and a 15 min scenic walk into the centre of town. Thank you xxx

Whilst I'm loathe to say anything bad as the owners are lovely and were very helpful to print off my insirance details for me: it is a beautiful historic building and the meal I had there was lovely and of generous proportions. Whilst the area is quaint and a mere 5 minutes from the ski lift, there are no bars, 1 pizza restaurant and one steakhouse. The bar in the hotel is a lovely cosy place where I would have wanted to while away the evenings having filled my stomach with the free buffet at Bar Roma in Courmayeur. Sadly, I could not guarantee that I would be able to get even one drink a night. The bar is not staffed, on my last night there I greeted the server collecting drinks for the restaurant, thinking she would come back to ask me what I would like. 20 minutes later there was no sign of her, I was so frustrated I went and asked the night porter if he could recommend a bar and he came down to serve me. There needs to be some way of getting service down there, even if the servers just check in every 15 to 20 minutes .or if they happen to be fetching drinks for the restaurant and someone is sitting in there with no drink, maybe ask them if they would like one. Maybe I'm not confident enough to bother them but I shouldn't be penalised for that.

Tout est très bien sauf peut-être,les oreillers qui ont l'épaisseur de gants de toilette sinon parfait.

pire expérience de touriste, parking complet et malcommode, chambre avec fenêtre minuscule et non conforme a la réservation, pas d ascenseur et accueil épouvantable, pourtant très très cher, nous sommes partis immédiatement. a fuir

Het hotel heeft een middeleeuwse uitstraling. Dikke muren van natuursteen, stenen wenteltrap. De kamer was klein en donker, slechts twee kleine ramen. Zeer schoon. De lamp in de badkamer viel van de muur af en werd met tape gerepareerd. Halfpension: echt goed eten. Covid-19 regels werden gerespecteerd.

O hotel é péssimo! serviço de front-desk confuso, elevador fora de operação, quartos com banheiro cheirando mal e camas com colchões finos. A única ressalva é que o café é bom. Jamais ficaria novamente.

Hotel was in a good location for our stay. Hotel was very outdated and expensive relative to what we could have booked in a nicer hotel in the same location. Extremely cold in the rooms and no thermostat.

Perfekt läge bredvid Dolonne liften som tar dig direkt upp i systemet. 5 min gångavstånd till centrum.

Lovely Hotel in an old stone house in the narrow alleys of Dolonne. The room was very small but clean and nice. Our view (room 29) was fantastic! My only complaint was the pillow, far too hard and really uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and there’s a nice little bar for evening drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful. The area is close to ski rental (2 min walk) and it takes 10 min to walk to the ski lift, an amaizing walk through narrow streets with cobbled stones and beautiful houses, doors and alleys!

the location is amazing, a short 5 minutes from the ski lift. The decor of the rooms is a bit old, but the staff was amazing.

Abbiamo pernottato per 3 notti in questo hotel a due passi dal centro di Courmayer. Hotel caratteristico con interni in pietra e parti comuni molto accoglienti. Buona la colazione personale gentile. Si trova a 4km dalle terme di Pre-saint didier

Trevligt och mysigt hotell med en helt ok frukost. Något kallt på rummen vilket innebar svårigheter att torka skidkläder. WIFI höll italiensk klass, vilket betyder att det var långsamt om det var åtkomligt. Egen parkering som underlättar och en bra skidförvaring på hotellet. Endast en restaurang i närheten och inga "supermarkets" i närheten.

Ottima posizione. Colazione abbondante. Camera confortevole.

Hotel atypique ,calme, très bien situé .Tres bonnes viennoiseries au petit déjeuner . Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur et que le service soit insuffisant

loved this quaint hotel with great view of Mont Blanc from our room. Hotel staff was wonderful.
