イデア ホテル ミラノ マルペンサ エアポート

水回りと空調の設備がイマイチでした。シャワーでトイレも含めた一帯が水浸しになるし、全然流れていく気配も乾く気配もないし。エアコンはそれなりに効きますが湿度がすごくてちょっと不快。周辺では安いかもしれませんが少なくとも値段なりのサービス、設備と言わざるを得ません。

空港に深夜到着だったので利用しました。空港、ホテル間は24時間シャトルバスが運行しています。片道5ユーロ。 到着口の5番出口にホテルバスが来ます。 詳細はホテルに問い合わせた方が良いでしょう。 ドライヤー、シャンプーはありました。

1人5ユーロの空港シャトルサービスと、ホテル内のレストランの良さがポイントです。

マルペンサ空港から近く、送迎もしてくれるので事前にホテルに確認するべき(今回は片道5ユーロで送迎してもらった)。部屋の内部は可もなく不可もないが、朝食のビュッフェは充実している。

空港から€5のシャトルサービスがあり便利です。湯沸かしポット、コーヒーサービスはなかったものの、小さな冷蔵庫に水を冷やしてくれ、30℃超えの暑さの中救いでした。€2で自販機では€1.5なのが後でわかりましたが。 レストランの夕食もメニューが多くお安くて、朝食は朝5時から食べられ、6時半のシャトルバスを予約したので感激でした。 前泊するだけなのにこの値段でここまでのサービスを得られ本当にありがたいです。ぜひまた利用したいと思っています。

Impossible à rejoindre à pied contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l’annonce, il est bon de le savoir pour les gens se déplaçant en transport en commun. L’accueil est parfait sur place et le restaurant appréciable. Matelas peu confortable. Navette super pratique pour être déposé à l’aéroport. L’hôtel répond amplement aux besoins pour être proches de l’aéroport.

Room overlooked untidy waste bin area. Factor in Shuttle bus cost from airport family of four is extra €40 for 10min trip. Does not run to timetable as was 40mins late. Reception hung up on my when checking location. Breakfast average at best. Won’t be returning

There was mold in the shower, thus ruining the whole purpose of sleeping a few hours and showering before our flight. This hotel only survives because it is the nearest to the airport. Seemingly every room was booked, but every guest shared the same thousand-yard stare of disappointed tourists. Don’t make the same mistake we did, in that we thought it was closest to the airport and the pictures were ok. It’s not. There has not been one ounce of maintenance done on this property in years. They simply exist on tourists coming in by the busload, with no expectation of a single repeat customer

The food options for the breakfast were pretty decent, and early enough before catchinf the shuttle to the airport. Booked a queen bed but ended up with two double beds, where one was less comfortable then the other. The shuttle service was very convenient.

The bed was pretty comfortable and the bathroom was decent. Everything was clean. The check-in process was very easy and the individual who checked me in was nice.

Very convenient to the airport however it was very costly to take their shuttle service. $24 for 4 to go less thank 2 miles. The beds were awful. they both sank in the middle of them and we were given only 2 pillows per bed. The shower DID NOT drain. We had to stop the water 3-4 times each time we showered so it could slowly drain down. Stood there, cold waiting for it to drain to start the water again.

Staff was amazing. Airport shuttle service is awesome for non-drivers. €5 per person and that too every half and hour 24/7 service. Breakfast was also good compared to others in market. Reception staff is professional and helpful.

The actual hotel was good. The room was exactly the amount of space me and my family needed. The temperature we were able to control in the room. The bathroom was amazing. However, when I woke up in the morning, there was the smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. I had to pay for breakfast, which was €10 per person. The food was subpar. The coffee was burnt. I could not eat any of it. My children wound up eating cereal. The bacon was undercooked and the eggs just didn’t even smell right or taste right. I also had to pay for transportation from the hotel to the airport and it is the hotels minibus. It was part of the listing, and I didn’t think I had to pay extra for it. Especially after spending the amount of money I spent for just one night.
