Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night with great view surrounded by silence. Walk to St.Giovanni was fantastic, too. I will definitely stay this cozy B&B next time.

This hotel has the best view of Bellagio and the lake surrounding. The breakfast included has a good variety and was very tasty and fresh. The food at the restaurant was ok, beautifully plated but each dish was a hit or miss. We stayed in the larger room with the big balcony (amazing by the way) and it was clean, simple and smelled great. The bed was extremely comfortable, keep in mind that a European king is smaller than a western king mattress (a tiny bit bigger than a western queen). The washroom offers shampoo+soap, conditioner, hand soap, shower caps and cotton pads/swabs. Their courtyard is very well maintained and absolutely gorgeous, chairs and tables under a living tree canopy with a grassy area. It also boasts a large deck with the amazing views. This hotel is located on the mountain quite a ways from Bellagio, so keep that in mind depending if you enjoy the quiet, spaciousness, and needing to use their complimentary shuttle into town. The best part of this trip was Maya from the front desk; she is the most helpful and lovely person, who helped us out immensely when our plans ran into a road block. Thank you Maya, we are eternally grateful!

Hotellets helt absolutte fortrin er den magiske terrasse med panorama udsigt over Comosøen. Vi ankom sent men blev alligevel hjulpet med mad. Det er meget prisværdigt. Hotellets stil er i tråd med en gammel villa. Udbyg gerne denne stil yderlige da det er meget charmerende.

Arrived and text the hotel who arranged a time to pick us up in the shuttle bus from the ferry. A warm welcome accompanied by a complementary drink with the most fantastic views of Lake Como. We enjoyed a meal on the evening which was very enjoyable sat on the terrace. Our room had two balconies with far reaching views over the lake where we enjoyed the complementary coffees after the breakfast and a final shuttle into town for our next stop. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food. It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view! The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner. We ate in the hotel on just one of the evenings and have to say it was probably our best meal in Bellagio. The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. My partner and I try not to return to a hotel once we have stayed as we believe in trying new places but we would both certainly return here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay here. (June 2026) 5 stars The best thing about our 4 days visiting the Lake Como/Bellagio area was the Il Perlo Panorama Hotel with restaurant. The views are fantastic, the staff & service were wonderful, the restaurant offers exceptional food with great pricing (our breakfast was included in the price of our room), and the rooms were clean and comfortable with nice amenities/toiletries. 1. The pictures of the rooms and the views are true and accurate. The hotel is up on a hill and you get the view of the entire lake with the Alps surrounding you. The sunsets are not to be missed on their restaurant veranda. We had a room with a balcony facing the north and we spent every evening there just taking it all in. 2. Staying at Il Perlo Panorama is for those who like to get away from the crowds of the touristy Bellagio town. Quiet, just the birds and the occasional cow or donkey on the local farms, very charming. There is a shuttle bus that the hotel provides that will take you back and forth to the town of Bellagio, less than a 10 minute scenic drive each way. 3. We ate at the restaurant 3 of our 4 nights for dinner. The food was that good and the pricing was better than what you find in the main town. Plus, after dinner you simply walk up to your room, sit on your balcony and drink wine. 4. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection of food, juices and coffee. 5. The staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

Lovely spot. Great staff. Packed a breakfast for me for my early start. To be candid, I would not have liked it if my daughters stayed there. The room was hot and there was no window, just a large door to a small balcony. I slept with it open to cool the room down, but would not have liked my daughters sleeping with a wide open door that was easily scalable.

We’re so glad we booked this hotel! We loved having breakfast and dinner at their restaurant with the most amazing view. We had a lovely balcony on our room. 100% recommend the cooking class. Shuttles services down into town allowed us to get to and from quickly.

We booked a classic double room and it came with the most outstanding view. So outstanding that we cancelled plans to go into town for dinner, preferring to enjoy the view from the hotel restaurant. Madi could not do enough to make our very brief stay comfortable, her customer service was exemplary. The room was very basic but it was clean, good products and very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel, its far away from the chaos and noise and provides you with a very tranquil stay.
