Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht wirklich überrascht, frühstück echt verbesserungswürdig?

Incredible view of the lake from the balcony of a comfortable and spacious room. Great bed. We loved the spa with a panoramic view of the lake. We thought the breakfast was expensive at €22 a head for what was on offer.

Great location with a fantastic view of Lago Maggiore. The staff is extremely friendly and service minded and the food is exellent. A good place for a romantic stay.

Beautiful place and facilities but lacking service: Reception always empty, kitchen always closed, asked room service they never brought it to us, we went to the spa but sauna and hot steam were off and there were no towels… strange way to manage the hotel…

The hotel and staff are lovely. The views from the room and the terrace across the lake are incredible and very easy to get in to Laveno with free parking Mon to Fri (pay weekends). The ferry from Laveno to Intra is cheap and regular, and connecting to other ferries to other destinations is very easy and cheap. The breakfast offers much choice and the food from both restaurants on site is fabulous. La Tavola experience was amazing with dish after dish being impeccable in presentation and flavour. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location in Laveno. Our room faced the water and made for great sunsets. Nice bed and bathroom. The staff was pleasant. Parking was easy and we were only a few minutes from town and the ferry. The on-site restaurant is excellent. Breakfast, for a fee, was worth it.

This is a wonderful property with kind and very special owners. The food and service was so amazing. When I asked for a taxi to the train station - there were none available so they have a ride to the station! Above and beyond!

Amazing location ! It’s a bit hard to find but well worth the effort. A must treat is the foccocia by the beach right below the hotel

Hotellin omistaja on saanut osakseen kritiikkiä vieraitten osalta. Valitettavasti asiakaspalvelu ei ole hänen vahvin osaamisalue. Ehkä olisi hyvä idea palkata nuori ja ystävällinen henkilö hotellin vastaanottoon, kaikki muu hotellissa nimittäin on erinomaista, varsinkin ravintola joka on maailmanluokaa.

Such a beautiful little hotel right on the water! Spectacular views. Sparkling clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Complimentary parking. Delicious food downstairs. What more could you ask for?

Nice location; private but close to ferries so can take day trips to other towns. Food at the hotel was better than other places hands down. Wifi was a little complicated but eventually figured it out.

We loved the private and cool balcony with wonderful vistas across thd lake. We loved watching the coming and going of watercraft on the lake. We enjoyed the welcomes of the coot family and fish of the lake every morning. We were grateful for gluten free options and a lovely breakfast rach new morning. We loved the delicious, flavourful food which was created by fine food craftsmen. We were grateful for our little hire car to help with the tricky corner road nearby. We loved the style and ambiance of this beautiful hotel and recommend it to other travellers who want to enjoy Lake Maggiore and Italy with just a short hop, skip and jump to Switzerland too. We spent a week touring the high pass roads between Italy and Switzerland before a rest by this gorgeous Italian lake. Loved it!

Very clean and modern hotel with comfortable beds and beautiful views from the private balconies! It is slightly let down by the service side of things however, with service definitely not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
