Ideal location after landing late, easy to walk too, Fabio at the bar was so helpful and attentive and gave us some wonderful recommendations for our holiday. Rooms were immaculate, all the amenities you could need! Lovely breakfast, clean, modern and would certainly stay again 😌

Das Hotel ist super verkehrsgünstig gelegen, gleich neben dem Flughafen, zwei Bushaltestellen befinden sich vor dem Hotel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sogar fussläufig erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind immer vorhanden. Im Hotel befindet sich ein Gourmetrestaurant, welches sogar im Guide Michelin drin ist. Die Trüffelpasta ist himmlisch und sehr gute lokale Weine. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet empfanden wir perfekt, die italienischen Kaffeespezialitäten waren sehr lecker, lokale Wurst- und Käsespezialitäten, sogar der Prosecco fehlte nicht. Auch Eierspeisen, Obst und Gebäck wurden angeboten, so dass für jeden etwas dabei war, obwohl es kein Clubhotel ist. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit einem unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

In de 10 dagen dat we er verbleven hadden we iedere dag een beetje bij het water. We hoefden er niet om te vechten haha. Het personeel stond altijd voor je klaar. Dachten mee en waren flexibel. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen. Volgende keer zou ik wel een pooltafels of pingpongtafel erbii willen zien haha

The Junior Suite, which was presented as an «upgrade», was infested with ants and we had to take a lot of measures to ensure not bringing the ants with us in our luggage. The staff only gave us a spray which we could use ourselves if we took the risk of it being safe to breath in. We also booked the hotel specifically because it had aircondition. That did not work either. We have reached out to the hotel askilg for a fair compensation, but they have not even been bothered to answer for a week. Strongly recommend not. Do not go there.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was very good. The cappuccino was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay.
However, the property is in need of renovation. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which did not work properly, making the room uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. The staff provided us with a fan, which we appreciated, but it was not enough to solve the problem. Parking flow is not helpful.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but updating the facilities and fixing the air conditioning would greatly improve the guest experience.

We arrived at 11:00 at night. Cost for that one hour was $ 800. 00 for 2 rooms. My wife and I were assigned the wrong room by the check in staff. We had no blanket or comforter for the bed so we froze the entire night. I complained the next day but they did not assign us the correct room. We received no apology and were not offered to help us move to the correct room.
At check out we asked for simply a 1 hour late check out at 12:00. The man refused and said he would give us 30 minutes only. I told him about the check in experience and he treated me like dirt. The man should be fired. We will never recommend the hotel to anyone because of these 2 bad experiences. $ 2400. for 3 nights and that is how we are treated.

Glass og kopper i glass, ikke papp. God og innholdsrik frokost, restaurant (Michelin 2026) med deilig mat og aperitivo. Hjelpsomme resepsjonister og oppmerksomme servitører. Lett tilgjengelig fra flyplassen og buss til sentrum eller strender.

Very nice hotel, near the airport, easy access to different locations. Recommend a rental car for easy access to all attractions and beaches on the island.
The hotel has an excellent restaurant, clean rooms and the staff is very friendly and always welcoming.
