The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a type of hotel that keeps your keys when you leave. Which isn't a problem for me. There's a 24hr front desk attendant. The beach view rooms are worth it. Great views.

The lady working the desk on days was unbelievably helpful. The location is great with amazing views.

Great stay at this charming hotel in Mazzaro. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the beach, cable cars and some great seafood restaurants. I do advice to book a room with a balcony - the view is amazing!

The property was ok. It was a 5 minute walk to Islo Bella beach and near the cable cars so it was very convenient. The breakfast wasn’t great and the rooms are small but the view is beautiful!

La vista y ubicación frente a la playa es increible, el servicio del personal de igual manera es muy atento.

It was ok. Staff were really nice but location was further than we expected from Taormina cabs were 25euros everytime… and also sooo loud and the room was very mediocre…

Very close to train line and buses continually driving past. Hotel located on narrow main road through Taormina. Breakfast very ordinary with no fresh fruit offered. I would stay next time in the town of Taormina which is a Funicular ride (if you have luggage) above the beach area. Stairs are an option to walk up and down to beach -550 steps!

Très bon emplacement et très bon accueil Une terrasse grande avec très belle vue sur mer (malgré proximité des voisins) Les seuls bémols : le parking payant ( très chers) au quatrième étage manque de pression d eau ( dommage pour la douche) et petit déjeuner a éviter car produits servis peu diversifiés ( pas de toaster, pas de produits laitiers, pas de fruits, pas de pain frais et charcuterie premier prix).

Estadia maravilhosa em Taormina, localização perfeita! Entre as duas melhores praias e dois passos da Funivia! Falta somente lugar para secar as roupas de banho. Cafe da manhã caprichado!Vista deslumbrante! Recomendo fortemente!

Adorei. Tudo perfeito. Meu quarto era de frente para o mar, perto de tudo. Tinha uma Senhora recepcionista, uma fofa, super atenciosa e divertida que foi um "plus" na estadia. Quarto limpo, com janelas anti ruídos, o café estava ótimo e foi muito bom mesmo.

Had a nice stay at the property. We choose the room with a view of the ocean which was 10/10. However, I would say, only choose this option if you can afford the balcony rooms. Room was very very small. Was though to move around.

Great location with walking distance to the beaches and the ropeway up to Taormina. Only complaints are that there was a very busy road outside our window that made it somewhat hard to sleep

Personale gentile e disponibili, camera pulita e accogliente, bagno pulito. Una terrazza con vista mare da togliere il respiro. Eccellente.

Superb and helpful staff were able to get a personal visit from a quality local doctor to check my wife for bronchitis. Saved us a huge amount of time and got her the meds she needed. Stunning sea views from our room! Will do it again!

Äänieristys oli huono, suurin osa käytävän tai naapurin äänistä kuului huoneeseen. Muuten sijainti ja itse hotelli palveluineen oli ok.

Odeurs d 'égouts dans la salle de bain, certains personnels qui se comporte mal, on me pousse presque pour pouvoir sortir pendant que je rentre, je me prends les pieds du vieil homme de la reception qui fait une salle tête ne s excuse pas alors que d autres client on leur tient la porte avec le sourir. Des règles sans grandes importances qui rendent l experience stressante, ne prenez pas la bouteille d'eau à votre table, asseyez vous là, le petit ne peut pas jouer avec la decoration à 5bal de la table... etc. On se sent toujours espionné dans un hotel vieillissant, qui ne vaut pas une étoile par des manageurs qui pensent être dans un hotel de luxe et sans en connaître le moindre code. Certain(e)s receptionistes et personnels d entretien etaien tout de même sympa. Hotel bien placé.
