We were given a key that did not fit the lock. It took the hotel 20 minutes to fix while we had to stand next to the door. Additionally no soap products in the room. They gave them to me at reception when I asked and they apologized. Still for the price we are paying this is a bit annoying . Couch has many big stains.

Great location and views, however incredibly overcrowded communal areas during the day (pool oversubscribed, reception cluttered with early arrivals). The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms to the point where going outside in 28 degrees was more refreshing than being inside. Both nights sleep were terrible

I would like to say hotels.com is a complete disgrace. I’ve emailed them and tried chatting to the AI and also a live person on booking was promised three things, Seaview Bottle o f wine and a hotel with a pool neither were available no compensation no answers no nothing I can’t blame the hotel. I must blame hotels.com because of falce advertisement they Take money from customers and don’t get back to them.

Se paghi 350 Euro a notte non possono finire pane e brioche alle 9:30 e non puoi avere una sola fornitura di asciugamani per la spiaggia (se ne vuoi altre le paghi a parte…)

Hôtel agréable, au bord de l’eau, plage accessible directement. Chambre confort au rez-de-chaussée, spacieuse, petit salon avec kitchenette. Lit confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Personale carino e disponibile. Le stanze molto spaziose, pulite e con vista mare. Ci tornerò.

Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'hotel e' in posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro di Vulcano e con accesso privato alla spiaggia delle sabbie nere. Ricca colazione con prodotti del territorio (deliziose marmellate locali, torte e granita al pistacchio). Abbiamo prenotato una tripla comfort e la stanza - con angolo cottura davvero funzionale - era nuovissima. Altamente consigliato, noi torneremo senz'altro!

Ottimi i servizi comprendenti la spiaggia riservata, la spa e la terrazza in cui poter fare aperitivo al tramonto. Buona la colazione. Staff gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

L’albergo possiede una spiaggia privata, servita di lettini e ombrelloni e con il bagnino a disposizione, inoltre vi è anche una bella piscina ben curata e sorvegliata. A pochi passi si trovano i fanghi per le cure termali. Il paese offre varie escursioni ma noi abbiamo scelto le cure ed il riposo. Direi eccellente la prima colazione, varia, abbondante e con ottimi prodotti di prima qualità. Esperienza da ripetere.

Hotel grazioso, con piscina. La colazione è ottima, lettini in spiaggia privata. Personale gentilissimo!!!

Bon Séjour mais avec quelques remarques qui auraient permis d’atteindre une meilleure prestation : L’accueil est excellent par Antonella qui parle français avant le voyage et à l’arrivée. Malheureusement c’est la seule interlocutrice qui a des informations utiles à votre séjour, le reste de l’équipe n’a pas l’info ou N’a pas l’autorisation de la donner aux clients. La piscine est grande et très propre mais elle est malheureusement fermée entre 13 et 15 heures ce qui n’est pas explicable dans un pays comme la Sicile, ou d’ailleurs personne ne fait la sieste entre 13 et 15 heures..mais déjeune. Les plongeons sont interdits, ce qui est là aussi incompréhensible quand on a des enfants. À noter que par compte le gardien est très strict et à l ouïe très fine ... pas contre n a pas vu le voleur de mon t shirt laisse sur le parasol... Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais il aurait été souhaitable que les œufs soient fait à la minute, plutôt réchauffés toute la journée. Bar a cocktail très bien, surtout le barman qui a de nombreuses surprises de grande qualité. Plage très propre et transat toujours disponibles.

Ottima la colazione. Personale gentile. Speciale il cocktail in terrazza con vista sul tramonto e sulla baia di ponente. Camera sul giardino della piscina adeguata. Locali per pranzo e cena facilmente raggiungibili e soddisfacenti.

Tres bel hôtel bien situé à Vulcano. L accueil est tres agréable et les prestations offertes sont à la hauteur.Tres bon petit dejeuner offrant beaucoup de possibilites.Belle terrasse pour admirer les couchers de soleil avec un verre!

Vacanze all'insegna del relax e della buona cucina

It is a nice hotel/residence with free beach. The wifi works really well all over the structure and the village is only 10 minutes walk away. They also provide a free shuttle from the port at your arrival and the whole staff is very helpful and willing to advise and make your stay really pleasant. The top roof cocktail bar is amazing but it's only available for a few hours at sunset. The breakfast is also very good. The only gap is a proper bar available during the day or a restaurant, although there are many nearby. There is an on site beautician available for treatments (upon request). My room was in the renovated part of the hotel, it was a garden view ground floor but very spacious.

Chambre avec lit de 160 cm alors que nous avions demandé deux lits jumeaux Très mal dormi pendant toute la semaine. Montant prélevé à la réservation alors qu'il était prévu un paiement direct sur place à l'hôtel.
