清潔でお部屋は広くスタッフは皆明るく親切です。部屋は5部屋で最高で10名の宿泊ゲストですから大型ホテルが苦手な方には良いです。朝食は部屋にてが基本、 というかレストランもロビー的なスペースも無く客室しか無いホテルをイメージして下さい。サンマルコ広場や運河メーン通りから逸れた細い小路に立地してますがどこに行くのも便利です。が、近くのレストランなどからの声や音が夜中過ぎまで毎日続き音に敏感な方には眠りづらいかもしれません。がベニスではどこでも同じ状況でしょう。ムラノ島見学ならホテルから無料の往復水上タクシーで行きガラス工場を案内してくれる、というサービスがありますが、これは直接ガラス工場入り口に着きその工場を見学後ほぼ強制的に非常に高額な(ただしサンマルコ広場などのショップで売られてるような安い偽物でなく)品質の高いムラノガラス製品を買わないと帰れないような状況になりますから注意して下さい。余程気を強く持ち見学後の製品の高さを聞き高すぎるから買わないと言って水上タクシーに乗って帰れる強さがあるのなら利用しても良いでしょう。誤解なさらないようムラノ島に行けるのではなくガラス工場のみでそこから外に出られないと思ってて下さい。

We started our dream 2 week trip to Italy at this property and enjoyed our stay so much. Despite not getting our luggage for 2 days, Franco, John and Paola took amazing care of us and helped us with fantastic directions, recommendations, reservations, and more. Highly recommend!

Bien placé . Au calme et près de bons restaurants pour le soir . Personnel très serviable et sympa (merci spécial à jean luigi) une literie excellente . Un hamman qui aide bien après les heures de marche . Seul bémol peut être pour certains c est qu il y a des bateaux qui passent sur le canal et ça peut faire un peu de bruit

Liassidi Wellness Suites is such a gem in Venice. Large rooms with all imaginable comforts. Staff is friendly, attentive, and available for any requests. We were pleased with our experience at the Liassidi Wellness Suites and we would definitely recommend it.

This was our first time visiting Venice, and we quickly learned that you cannot drive a car into the city. We arrived late at night and had to ask around before we were lucky enough to find a place to park. With no clear idea of what to do next, we called the hotel, and thankfully, they were very accommodating. We took a private water taxi to reach the hotel. A tip for future visitors: travel with smaller bags. Navigating Venice with large suitcases is extremely difficult, especially over bridges and cobblestone paths. While the private taxi was convenient, it was quite expensive,other public boat transportation options are much more affordable. Our hotel turned out to be a part of another nearby hotel, where we had to check in and collect the keys before walking to our room. The room itself was absolutely stunning,spacious, beautifully designed, and offering a lovely view of the canals. Be prepared to walk up some stairs, but it’s worth it for the charm and comfort. The staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Despite the initial challenges, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return to this hotel again!

Home was so clean and neat. very close to Alpe di Siusi and Seceda gondola station. Town was walkable distance for shopping and dining.

As part of a longer trip this was perhaps our favourite place that we stayed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, in fact they saved us an arduous walk when we checked out by highlighting the vaporetto route that could get us to where we needed to go (sadly I cannot remember the name of the staff member who told us, but thank you!). The room itself was very comfortable, with the bed being a particular highlight. I also cannot say enough about the shower. The breakfast delivered to the room was also fantastic and we were disappointed to miss it one day because of an early check out. The only downside was some noise from the street as some cleaning was being done one morning, while that isn't the fault of the property it's something to be wary of. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Venice.
