At first everything seemed to go extremely well, the staff member came to show us where to park, even helped bring a bag down to the hotel, was super nice and really genuine, thank you leandro.
Then things took a turn, of course traveling in July my main concern when booking places to stay was to have AC in order to sleep well over night. The AC unit in the room is not AC, at best its cool air, when turned on for 12 hours it did bring the room down a couple of degrees, so the first night we really only slept well from 5 am to 8 am. Pretty unbothered because I have a game plan to leave the AC unit run all day that at least my second night ill be able to sleep properly. Now I know most places ask you to turn off your AC unit when you leave for the day, which is fine IF you have an actual unit that works and cools the room properly, not only after 12 hours. And IF its not consistently 40 degrees Celsius everyday.
BUT after spending the entire day exploring cinque terre in 40 degree heat only to show up to my room expecting it to be 30 degrees instead (because again, not actual AC) only to find that the staff went in our room and turned off the unit.
Absolutely unacceptable, the comfort of your guests should be the utmost importance and in 40 degree with a machine barely pumping out cool air, i did not sleep more than 6 hours over 2 nights. For 300$ a night I should be able to leave my unit on, I should be able to get 1 good nights rest.
I DO NO RECOMMEND
