Very nice to have been in this accommodation, the room and bathroom very clean, a lot of security inside the accommodation. But most importantly, the kind attention of the owner Sandra. Highly recommended for those who want to feel at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Medusa. Our other booking fell through and we were able to book last minute. We really enjoyed the location, right in the heart of Palermo. We enjoyed walking around the area. We discovered a lovely cafe. The stay was very pleasant. We loved the history of the building, and it was very secure. The bathroom is huge, with an extra large shower. The 1 minute walk to Palermo Centrale train station is very convenient. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay there. Alexandria, the host, is super friendly and helpful. The dining options and places to visit she suggested were all wonderful. We'll come back next time when we visit Palermo. Thank you!

The location of this bed and breakfast is excellent. Less than 10 min walk from main bus/train station and just as close to old town/touristy areas. The bed and breakfast is decent and overall clean. It is quite noisy as it is on a main street so ear plugs might be a good idea. Breakfast was not particularly exciting but the coffee was good.

A great B&B property with spacious rooms and a modern bathroom with all amenities. 5 minute walk from Palermo Centrale Train Station and lots if history just a short walk away. The hostess was most welcoming and happy to help with any request.

Perfect location, short walk to the historical town and 5 minutes walk to the central train station takes you to the airport. The accommodation is very clean nicely furnished with nice dining room. The owner Alexandra is an excellent host, kind and helpful even she got up at 5 am to provide us breakfast before our early flight. I would highly recommend it. George& Norma from Canada

Alexandra, the host, was amazing. She stayed up for me until I got to the B&B although it was way later than expected. She accommodated me well and the place was clean and so convenient. I loved the area. It’s right off the Main Street so you may hear some noise but I’m a hard sleeper so it didn’t matter to me. Her place is so beautiful and she’s such a sweet woman. She makes you feel like family. I’d definitely stay again!!!

Great location for central Palermo. Owner is delightful and provides a good breakfast. Bathroom was private but not attached to the room.

We loved the place. Alexsandra was wonderful. It was loud at night, but she provided earplugs which were perfect for the street noise. Everything was clean and beautiful.

This was by far my favorite bed and breakfast. Alessandra is a great host and made it so beautiful and comfortable.

Tout était absolument parfait durant nos 5 nuits dans le B&B Médusa. L’appartement est spacieux et très charmant, la chambre est grande, bien décorée et confortable (le matelas et les oreillers sont exceptionnels), la salle de bain privative et tout ce qu’il faut également. La localisation est idéale, à deux pas du centre historique et de la gare et le bruit la nuit est plus que raisonnable, nous n’avons eu aucun problème pour dormir. Le petit déjeuner est bon, varié et copieux. Alessandra a réellement été aux petits soins… nous ne pouvions pas nous attendre à mieux. Une adresse précieuse que nous recommandons à 200% !

Room was roomy with kitchen and laundry. The best part was our contact Rossa the best showed concern and was extremely helpful. If in Cefalu again I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to others.
