Aqua world に行く為に利用。部屋の清潔感や、アクセスなどは特に言う事なし。ただ、その日停電が起き、復旧に時間がかかったため、サービスはマイナス

ミラノ・リナーテ空港から帰国する前日に宿泊しました。Milano方面から高速道路(A51)16出口からすぐの所にあり、場所も分かり易かったです。Ａｃｃｏｒ系列なのでもともと不安な点は有りませんでしたが、予想通りなんら問題もなく快適に宿泊できました。スタッフの方も親切でした。ただし大型ホテルなので、団体客とチェックイン・アウトが重なると、手続きに時間がかかるかもしれません。朝食の内容も問題なく、大人数の団体客とは朝食の部屋が別だったので助かりました。私の宿泊した部屋はバスタブが有り、Wi-fiも無料で利用できました。機会があれば是非また利用したいです。

Property was great near to Monza F1 circuit. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from the bus services for Grand Prix. Staff were very helpful and very friendly they accommodated all our needs. Very pleasant stay and very pleasant staff Thanks

The hotel in itself was very good but the service was poor. Nobody to help you when you wanted something from the bar. The dinner menu could be better. The food we ate (burger) was ok.

Lovely welcome as we arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception explained everything to us. Beautiful rooms large and spacious. Friendly checkout . Helpful when we had to return after checking out as someone had left something in the room and needed to return to retrieve it.

O frigobar do quarto nao funcionava. Hotel confortável e limpo. Unico inconveniente foi o fato da janela estar aberta e nao percebemos. Resultado , fomos atacados por mosquitos. Café da manhã bom e atendentes prestativos

Good place to stay...worked at UL.

I stayed at this property twice within the same month. Unfortunately, both visits were marked by significant issues. During my first stay, the refrigerator in the room was not working—it had been turned off, and when I plugged it in, it began leaking freon gas and emitting a very unpleasant smell. There was also a considerable amount of dirt behind it. I had to contact reception to have it removed due to the gas odor. Thankfully, the next day a new fridge was installed, and I appreciate the quick action and kindness of the receptionist who assisted with this. Additionally, the air conditioning fuse was switched off, so the AC wasn’t working when I arrived. I had to locate the fuse box and switch it on myself. It was disappointing that no effort had been made to ensure the room was at a comfortable temperature prior to my arrival. Two weeks later, on my second visit, I was given a room with a broken window that couldn’t be closed properly. This made it impossible to keep mosquitoes out or maintain a stable room temperature. To make matters worse, the room had not been cleaned—the garbage from both the bedroom and bathroom was still there from the previous guest, which was frankly unacceptable. The window could not be repaired, so the staff eventually moved me to another room. While the reception staff were friendly and did their best to resolve the issues quickly, the overall experience was far below basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Ottima posizione per visitare Leolandia. Ampio parcheggio disponibile fronte hotel. Stanza molto grande ma con pulizia non ottimale ed arredi un po' trascurati. Cuscini molto bassi, anche con il cuscino di riserva. La nostra stanza non aveva aria condizionata funzionante dal lato del divano letto. Colazione con ampia scelta ma ripetitiva.

Son emplacement, accès facile par autoroutes pour la visite des lacs, de Milan et de Bergame. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel à l’écoute et réactif. Bon petit déjeuner, copieux salé et sucré. Seul petit inconvénient, un seul équipement de serviette pour deux.

Les chambres sont propres et les travailleurs sont vraiment aimables.

Hôtel très moderne et situation parfaite. Propreté très bonne. Aménagement des chambres familiales parfaite avec séparation entre le coin salon/2e lit et la chambre principale.

Sejour agreable. Personnel agréable. Bémol. Le restaurant cher pour ce qui il y a dans nos assiettes
