メトロ駅からも近く便利

駅から登り坂で少し遠かったが、給水設備もあり満足。

The room looked better than I expected from the pictures, especially at night. When I checked in at the hotel, the reception staff gave me a bottle of free cold water. I could choose between natural and sparking. In mid-summer, such service made guests happy. Breakfast was also satisfying. I could have both Italian and American. I recommend you to have breakfast in the garden. It was cozy and excellent.

地下鉄駅から徒歩５分程度と近く、快適に過ごせました。周辺は静かな住宅街です。ホテルの従業員も気持ちの良いサービスを提供してくれました。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

チェックイン時間より少し早く到着したが、20分程度の待ち時間で部屋を用意してもらえた。地下１階(と言っても、構造上１階にあたる)で静かという事だったが…夜は静かだったが、朝７時くらいになると掃除の台車の音がすごく響いてきて目が覚めてしまった。地下は避けるべきかも…。部屋はとても広くて使いやすかったです。クローゼットも大きく、一通りのアメニティはあるので困る事もなかった。3泊したが、朝食メニューは毎日変わらずで少し飽きるかも？でも、イタリアではこれが標準なんだと思います。屋上には、自由に使えるテラスがあって、リクエストすればお酒も提供してもらえるようでした。東京に置き換えると丸ノ内線の中野新橋のような位置で、地下鉄も乗り慣れればテルミナ駅から困る事もないと思います。完全住宅街にあるので、ここに住んでいるかのような感覚になります。最寄の駅から歩いて5分ちょっと、大通り沿いには飲食店もありました。総じて満足な滞在でした。

La propiedad promete un parqueadero que NO tiene. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. El desayuno ces muy limitado en cantidades, de mala calidad y con muy poca variedad. Solo dan una botella de agua por cliente al día. Lo más molesto fue el engaño del parqueadero

Thank you for having us. Lovely hotel. Clean. Housekeeping lady with blue hair from Ukraine was lovely and sweet. Yuri at Bar was delightful too! Thank you for all the aperols :) team at front desk was responsive. Appreciate them fixing issues. In general, would stay again. I hope they fix lobby soon and make it easy to navigate with luggage. Also, please have engineering on duty at night to reset breakers or teach your team to do it.

The staff were very helpful and offered kind assistance to our requests. However, we found the light of the hotel room was a bit too dark and not enough charging sockets near the bedside.

Room missed the mark, some basic things were missed. No parasols or sun shades on the balconies meant hot tub during the day (or in fact any sunbathing at all during the day) was impossible in mid summer, not enough hooks (two gowns, two towels = only TWO hooks in the entire room??), shower leaked all over the bathroom floor because the drainage was not adequate, no rug/s in the room was a miss, we found a biscuit beetle on the first day, and our hot tub wasn't working for our first two days, and they were understaffed due to sickness so no pizza in the restaurant for the latter half of our trip. The staff kindly tried to resolve our issues with the room but did not have an adequate room upgrade, so we took a comped meal at the lovely restaurant downstairs. Bed was otherwise comfy, internet was fine and transport links into Rome were great. Staff try their best with what they've been given, I hope they can convince management to resolve the issues.

Staff very helpful, hotel is spotless and rooms are perfect with air con for the heat in rome.

Vi kan stærkt anbefale Hotel Mercure hvis man vælger stille og rolige omgivelser, samt venlige personale der er er helt fantastiske, lige som forplejningen også er det, også en nat uden støj. Et minus skal der da også altid være, en kaffemaskine til morgen buffeten er ikke nok da der altid er kø ved maskinen.M. V. H. C.O.

A estadia foi muito tranquila, confortável e proveitosa. O hotel é bem localizado, perto de estação de metrô e de lugares de interesse turístico. O pessoal atendeu de forma muito gentil e prestativa. O custo benefício foi excelente!
