現代的な作りでポポロ広場やサンタンジェロ城に近いです。スタッフも優しく、お部屋も綺麗でとても充実した宿泊になりました。 特にチェックインの際にスタッフが(お名前覚えてます😊)ローマの観光情報を丁寧に教えてくださり、そのホスピタリティに感動しました！ 全体的に満足していますが気になる点を挙げるとしたら、壁が薄くて隣の部屋の人の電話している声が聞こえてきた、Wi-Fiの通信速度が遅く何回か再登録をしなくてはいけなかった、洗面台のハンドソープのプッシュ部分が壊れていたという3点です。 ですが、またローマに来た時にはNHコレクション系列に泊まりたいと思いました！ 素敵な経験をありがとうございました！

テベレ川を渡れば徒歩１０分程でポポロ広場に行ける。テルミニ駅から地下鉄A線で最寄りの駅より徒歩１０程です。環境は静かな住宅街で大通りに出れば、カフェやレストランがあり立地的には良い。

ポポロ広場から歩いても精々10分程度、夜中にベネツィア広場からでもタクシーで精々13ユーロ程度。昼間は70番バスで約20分でアルゴ・アルジェンティーナまで行けます。

Unfortunately, I did not receive a welcome upon arrival. Additionally, the shower enclosure is too small, causing water to leak outside the shower area and onto the bathroom floor. Overpricing

The property is listed as a 4-star hotel, this does NOT reflect correctly. The staff were genuinely excellent — warm, professional, and attentive. That part of the experience was not the issue. What I found difficult to reconcile was the physical condition of the property, which I documented during my stay: >Visibly worn carpeting throughout common areas >A single iron for the entire hotel, with a non-functioning phone in the ironing room >Significantly chipped and damaged flooring in my room >A loose soap dish actively detaching from the shower wall >Visible mold in the shower tile grout >Heavy mineral and rust buildup on shower fixtures >No luggage assistance offered at arrival or departure Expedia's 4-star classification shapes booking decisions and justifies the nightly rate. I'd genuinely like to understand: how does Expedia evaluate whether a property continues to meet its listed star rating when the physical condition falls this short of what was advertised? I have photographs of each issue and am happy to share them with whoever reviews listing standards. I'm raising this not to dispute a charge, but because I believe the gap between the listed standard and the actual condition is something Expedia would want to know about — for the integrity of its listings and for other travelers making decisions based on them.

This hotel is centrally located to both Vatican and Spanish step and Vatican. Easy walk to all. The front staff was wonderful. They set up taxis to and from airport. Breakfast was also good

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including Starbucks. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and the staff was helpful, friendly, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The on-site restaurants also featured an excellent chef and wonderful staff. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Staff was nice, lobby renewed recently I would guess. But rooms, beds and pillows are worn down… not so clean and not very nice…

Location is great, very good breakfast variety. Overall 👍

This is my favorite place to stay in rome . Staff are friendly , accommodating and pricy. Comfortable rooms & bathrooms . Will stay here every time I neee to be in Rome

The hotel is really nice, the area is very convenient, the staff is friendly. The rooms are nice. The bed is terrible. We have stayed in many NH hotels and we never had such a terrible bed.
