Très bien situé pour une visite de Florence et de vignobles de Chianti. Excellent restaurant. Personnel très courtois et attentionné. Chambre spacieuse. Seul hic: la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. My husband and I brought our 7-year old for a 10-day trip in Italy. We explored Rome and Florence but the highlight of our entire experience was staying at Villa la Palagina. The surroundings are gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the staff was so warm and gracious. It was the perfect getaway from the busy city centers. We booked a wine/olive oil tasting and we got to bring home a souvenir bottle that our son poured and corked directly from the barrel. While the furnishings in our villa were a bit rustic and outdated, the AC and main pools more than made up for it. Especially on those 95+ degree days. 5 stars across the board and I hope we get the chance to visit again!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful and I would definitely recommend booking their wine tasting - worth it! Restaurant on property is also great and super convenient. The rooms are a bit tight if you have lots of luggage but we made it work. Bathrooms were okay. Always clean but also tight. Shower was lovely - hot water and great pressure.

Location superba, piscine da Cartolina ma camera poco illuminata sia di giorno che con le luci. La porta del bagno che per stare chiusa doveva essere chiusa a chiave. Camera al secondo piano con scala stretta per raggiungerla e una mini finestra che si affaccia sul retro della struttura. Ci era stato consigliato di non bere l’acqua dal rubinetto e nel frigo c’erano due bottigliette da 50 cc al prezzo di 3 Euro l’una! Abbiamo pagato anche per il cane: 25 Euro. Eravamo stati un’altra volta in questa struttura e pensavamo che, avendo chiesto una camera al piano terra, ci era stata data l’ultima in condizioni non perfette. Così questa volta speravamo nel meglio.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage abseits des Dorfes mit traumhaften Weitblick in die Toskana Landschaft. Das Gelände ist sehr groß, man hat viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu entdecken, z.B. Dinner im wineyard oder ein Wein und Öl Tasting. Das Zimmer war sehr schön im toskanischen Stil. Der Pool ist mit ausreichend liegen vorhanden. tagsüber ist die Poolbar mit Musik geöffnet. Die Getränke dort sind mit Beispiel eines aperol Spritz für 12,50 € etwas überteuert. Auch das Essen am Abend ist nicht unbedingt für jeden, ist wenig abwechslungsreich und recht hochpreisig. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Amazing place to spend more than just a night, if You are travelling around Florence. very nice escape from the city. The place offers lots of activities like their own made wine tasting, also the area is huge, You can wander around in vineyards. Very romantic.

Stop over in un viaggio in macchina. Arrivati al tramonto: spettacolare con la vallata di vigne ed olivi a perdita d’occhio! Fatto bagno in una delle due grandi piscine e cena ottima nel ristorante loro sul terrazzo con quella vista… Avevamo il cane con noi e per questo abbiamo avuto una stanza doppia al piano terra con visibili segni di usura ma comunque comoda.

Very old property in need of maintenance. There was no water when we arrived but the staff did not mention this to us. Internet was down. At 4 am we were all woken up due to a fire alarm at the property. However none of the limited staff that was around, knew what was going on or what to do. All of the hotel quests were standing around outside in our pajamas for about 45 min. The alarm stopped and we eventually decided to go back in. There was no instructions provided, no fire department and no apologies. Very poor management. Would not recommend nor would I go back to this property.

몬테풀차노의 아그리투리스모를 가기 전 피렌체에서 하루 더 있는게 의미가 없어서 거점으로 생각하고 급하게 예약을 했는데.. 생각지도 못한 행운이었습니다. 숙소는 물론, 레스토랑도 훌륭했고 숙소의 건물과 정원 등도 너무 아름다워 무척 놀랐어요. 그리고 샤워! 역대급 물 온도예요!!! 뜨거워서 사용을 못합니다 레버를 조금만 돌리세요! 한가지 힘들었던 부분은 저희 부부는 벌레를 너무 불편해해요. 손톱만한 딱정벌레 비슷하게 생긴 녀석이 무려 20마리 가까이가 커튼에 숨어 있었어요. 다 잡고 자느라 좀 피곤했네요ㅎㅎ

Had an amazing time at Palagina. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms clean. A small few things they could focus on is giving the rooms a bit of a face lift as they do seem dated and improve ventilation in the bathrooms to avoid the mold. Also screens on the windows so you can open them without the worry of bugs getting in. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant and loved the wine/wine tour. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location and space. Service and restaurant not very accommodating to guests. No food anywhere on the property from 2:30-7 pm so very difficult for travelers. No connection to taxis or transportation. Offered little help. Restaurant service was interesting….

몬테풀차노의 아그리투리스모를 가기 전 피렌체에서 하루 더 있는게 의미가 없어서 거점으로 생각하고 급하게 예약을 했는데.. 생각지도 못한 행운이었습니다. 숙소는 물론, 레스토랑도 훌륭했고 숙소의 건물과 정원 등도 너무 아름다워 무척 놀랐어요. 그리고 샤워! 역대급 물 온도예요!!! 뜨거워서 사용을 못합니다 레버를 조금만 돌리세요! 한가지 힘들었던 부분은 저희 부부는 벌레를 너무 불편해해요. 손톱만한 딱정벌레 비슷하게 생긴 녀석이 무려 20마리 가까이가 커튼에 숨어 있었어요. 다 잡고 자느라 좀 피곤했네요ㅎㅎ

Had an amazing time at Palagina. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms clean. A small few things they could focus on is giving the rooms a bit of a face lift as they do seem dated and improve ventilation in the bathrooms to avoid the mold. Also screens on the windows so you can open them without the worry of bugs getting in. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant and loved the wine/wine tour. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location and space. Service and restaurant not very accommodating to guests. No food anywhere on the property from 2:30-7 pm so very difficult for travelers. No connection to taxis or transportation. Offered little help. Restaurant service was interesting….
