バスタブつきの部屋をお願いして希望通りとなったのですが…、バスタブが小さすぎて、更にシャワーカーテンが無いのでトイレスペースまで水が飛散して折角のバスタブも余り意味を成さない結果となり、残念でした。

Mycket centralt i den gamla stadsdelen med många restauranger nära. Tyvärr ingen möjliget att ha fönstret öppet eftersom andra gäster passerade precis utanför, integritetsbegränsande.

Lovely place to stay, room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Very big room and lovely terrace overlooking the square. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed here for 9 nights and honestly I was really disappointed with the experience especially because of how expensive it was. The location was great due to it being in the center of the city but it was sooo loud at night. We could hear the music and the people till about 2 am every night (the nights with the live music right in the square were the worst) and then at 4 am this horrible crashing of bottles sound due to people picking up trash and this was on a nightly basis. It was also really hot in the room the AC did not work that well. We told the front desk about it but they brushed us off and never brought it up again. The free parking was kinda far and we had to make that walk in the hot sun every day. I was under the impression that the tuk tuk would be able to take us back and forth but he was never there. The shower was also so small I could barely wash my hair in there. The front desk staff was not very friendly and kind of made it seem like a burden every time we needed something. It was not really the “nicer hotel” experience I was hoping for.

Great hotel with friendly staff right in the heart of Monopoli

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is located in a great location right in centro storico. The staff were super helpful and even have an amazing man named Mario to help bring you to and from your car in a free parking lot since the hotel is located in a walking only zone. Would definitely stay here again.

If your room has a window, expect it to be very loud. All night you will hear scooters going by and people talking as if it is all happening inside your room.

Fantastiv location and service love the experience

We arrived 4 hours before checkin & franco at reception was warm welcoming helpful & organised our luggage into room when was ready & the next morning was just as proffesional and warm & friendly couldnot of asked for better service.. great hotel in great place .. wish i had stayed here on an early visit .. high reccomended it

great location ! friendly staff , near everything

Location was central and easy to walk everywhere. Close to restaurants and sites. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

This property is in an amazing location in monopoli. There are so many restaurants nearby and the beach isn't too far either. The staff were great, very kind and helpful. We had a car which isn't too far from hotel which we used to go to beaches.

Great location and everything was in walking distance

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Indelli. The AC worked very well - much needed this summer. Our room was very spacious with high ceilings. Great central location, close to the water and lots of restaurants / shops. It is in a main piazza with multiple bars/ restaurants, which can get noisy at night. On Wednesday night, there was very loud live music until midnight. This was fine for us, but if you have kids or are going to bed early you may want to consider this when booking. Service was amazing, the front desk was so helpful with helping us book taxis - even on last minute notice. Nice included breakfast every morning!

The reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were charged 30 euros per night for a baby cot for our one-year-old daughter. We were in Puglia for two weeks and stayed in several hotels, and this was the only one that charged us a fee for a cot. The room was very noisy due to music playing from the bars and restaurants on the square. Housekeeping wasn’t very good.
