Blood Stain on Bed Sheets One night, we found blood on our bed sheets. staff replaced them after we reported it, but their response felt very casual given the seriousness. I asked whether the incident happened in the room and if there was any safety concern, especially since I have a child. They promised to follow up the next morning but didn’t get back to us until two days later, and only after we raised it again. Wrong Laundry Delivered We received laundry belonging to another room. While we understand mistakes can happen, it added to the growing pattern of oversights. Cleaning Items Left Behind we found cleaning items left behind in one of the toilets, which raised concerns about housekeeping standards and attention to detail. Unsafe Artwork Installation Another issue was an artwork frame above the bed that was not properly secured. This was only fixed after we reported it, but it could have been dangerous if it had fallen while we were asleep. Inconsistent Turndown Service Finally, the turndown service was inconsistent. missed a day and didn’t always replenish enough water. Great Location We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. location is excellent and it’s clear the property has been refurbished in recent years. The hotel looks modern and good overall. Overall Impression While the hotel has great potential due to its location and renovation, there is a clear lack of professionalism and attention to detail in housekeeping and room service.

Absolutely incredible. One of the top hotels in all of Italy. Staff was above and beyond some of the most amazing I have come across.

Not happy about their obligatory 100 euro deposit upon check-in. Not a friendly or trusting gesture. Restaurant is not a good vibe.

Palazzo Ripetta was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The room was spotless, elegant, and extremely comfortable everything felt fresh and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail in both design and cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. From the reception team to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, from directions to local recommendations. We also ordered late-night room service, and the food was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented such a pleasant surprise after a long day exploring Rome. The location was within walking distance of Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps, and plenty of great cafés and lots of stores and boutiques yet the area still felt calm and nice. . I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Palazzo Ripetta to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and welcoming stay in the heart of Rome.

Restaurant food excellent Breakfast buffet very good but only a few options a la carte. Service and comfort were excellent Excellent location Condition of the bed linen (my bed duvet and towel were torn!) not appropriate for a 5 stars. Overall 4 of 5 in our opinion (or 7,5 out of 10)

Zimmer war wunderbar, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Gym war sehr ordentlich und wenn auch etwas klein, gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war sehr gut.

The room was immaculate. The breakfast buffet offered all kinds of food. The chef creates interesting and delicious dishes. The staff are attentive, know what they are doing and remember what you like after the first day. This is what Joni Mitchell was singing about when she said she slept in a good hotel”

Lo stile dell’hotel è lussuoso anche se un po’ anonimo , le camere sono prive di affacci e hanno viste su cortili interni .. ogni servizio è adatto unicamente alle abitudini di viaggio di turisti americani … nel complesso la mia esperienza non è stata gradevole fin dalle procedure di check in , per continuare in ogni servizio fornito dalla struttura .. purtroppo non è sufficiente esibire un marchio per rendere un soggiorno all’altezza
