We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was very clean and had all the expected 5* facilities. Great staff, great location and highly recommended.

Very nice stay

Hotel is pretty much brand new and everything is clean, not even any dirt in-between the tiles !! Very modern room with all the latest technology. Balcony was refreshing too. Staff were friendly and gave us a welcome drink. Had valet parking. Breakfast options were limited but tasty.

The location is perfect! Very short walk to the main square. The propery is beautiful and the staff are some of the best people I've encountered. Very attentive and kind.

The hotel is a couples retreat with a fabulous private spa experience available complete with 2 jacuzzis, sauna, steam room and your own bottle of Prosecco and fruit! The breakfast in the courtyard was charming with a tremendous assortment to choose from! The valet parking is rare for a city hotel so getting in and out is very easy! The bathroom is our room was a modern artistic wonder! Easily the best I have seen in Sicily at this price! The staff look after every need with great pride and attention. The Duomo is 3 blocks aways with over 100 hundred food and beverage options! This is easily the best couple's romantic retreat at this price on Sicily. A small boutique hotel who is going to turn heads! I highly recommend this property!

This hotel was outstanding. Early check-in, beautiful rooms, central to the city, and friendly and helpful staff. Honestly, easily the best place we stayed during our Sicilian trip. We needed to check-out early for a 6am flight and they even prepared breakfast takeaway bags for each person in the family! Highly recommend.

place was in good condition and close to everything. room service was kind of pricey for a subpar pizza, granted we requested during siesta time and nothing was open but 25 euros for a microwave pizza is kind of unacceptable

Surprisingly beautiful property as nearby buildings are aged. Beautiful renovation of a century old building! Every conceivable convenience is included, even laundry soap for washing your clothes! Didn’t try the treatments but the spa looks first class with an outdoor, rooftop jacuzzi ! A beautiful intimate rooftop bar was also a nice touch! Centrally located and easy walking distance to bus and train stations and a short 10 min ride to airport. Uber to Etna cost 80 Euros one way. Bus would have been about 10 Euros per person. Honestly, one of the nicest boutique hotel I’ve seen!

Wonderful hotel and all the staff are fantastic. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the hotel is well located for seeing Catania.

The staff was fantastic and very helpful.

The hotel is right next to the downtown area of Catania, so it's conveniently walkable to many tourist attractions and restaurant. Just like many urban city hotels, the building itself was older, but the interior was renovated and looked nice. Staff was particularly friendly and helpful, even offering complimentary prosecco when we checked in. Parking costed 25 Euro/night but it was valet and the valet I had went the extra mile to help out with luggages.

Luxury accommodations. Excellent service and the rooms (suites) are huge. The highlight of the room was the shower - it is just amazing. We were a family of four and we loved it. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo Plaza (5 minutes) but set back enough that it feels much more private and low key.

From the moment I arrived at Palazzo SanGeorgio I knew I was in for something special. The property reflects impeccable taste and thoughtful design. The breakfast spread was nothing short of sumptuous, featuring everything from artisanal pastries created on site and fresh seasonal fruits. The presentation was exquisite, and the flavors were as delightful as the service. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, five in the past ten days, in three different countries, however this hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s a place where luxury meets heart, and I cannot wait to return. A heartfelt thank you to Gabrielle and the entire team for creating such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel just prives that you should not judge a book by its cover. On the outside it looks like an old run down building. On the inside it is one of the most luxurious hotels i have ever stayed in. The hospitality there is second to none. We were leaving extra early in the morning. They had my car there all ready to go with 2 bags full of breakfast items. What a way to wow their guests. I highly recommend this hotel.
