内観が可愛い。外観はホテルと分かりにくい。

Good staff

入口がわかり難く、チャイムを鳴らさないと中に入れません。スタッフがいれば良いですが、居ないと何回も鳴らさないと気がつかない。エレベーターがかなり小さく古い。予約時にバスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストし、用意した。とホテル側からメールを受け取ったので、チェックイン時その旨伝えると無いと言われた。メールを見せたらやっと自分たちの非を認め、トラブルで用意出来ない。今日の部屋が一番広いから。と言われたが、部屋は暗く前の人の髪の毛がベットに残っているし、部屋は臭いし、部屋は寒くて暖房も全く効かない上、ふとんは薄いシーツだけ。3泊予定でしたが、他のホテルに移動しました。 ホームページに載ってる写真がこれほど違うホテルは初めてでした… 場所は観光には良いですが、ホテルが最悪です。

Good location. Close to Pantheon. The reception guy is very kind and gentle. It’s difficult to find, though. The signboard is so small and google map shows different place.

1泊させて頂きましたがエスプレッソマシンやキッチンもあり 無料のミネラルウォーター、レストランの朝食も美味しかったです 窓からレストランがたくさん見えてトレビの泉や広場なども近いです。shoppingも楽しめました

The photos posted are for all the rooms, so it was very difficult to know exactly what our room would look like. No air conditioning, and even in mid-November, it was very warm. In our room, the toilet flush barely worked and was very difficult to use.

This is a beautiful hotel, in an absolutely amazing area. Most of the staff are incredible. My room was clean, breakfast was good, and I am generally happy with my stay. BUT: I walk with a cane. Before I booked this hotel I emailed them and specifically asked whether the elevator went from ground level to all floors of the hotel. I was told yes. This was a lie. There is a small flight of stairs from ground level to the elevator entry. I booked (and paid for) a room with a balcony. On arrival I was told that I had not, that the balcony room was not available, and that they had decided to “upgrade” me to a suite because I was staying so long. The suite had 2 flights of stairs and was totally unsuitable. I was stuck with a noisy room next to reception. On check out, the clerk attempted to charge me for 15 nights of city tax, when the maximum the city charges is 10 nights. I refused to pay it, and gave only the required 10 night payment, but someone who had never been to Rome before would have been out of pocket an extra 30 euros. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Ficamos duas noites no Pantheon Inn e gostamos muito da experiência. A localização é excelente: fica na rua de trás do Panteão, muito próxima aos principais pontos turísticos do centro histórico. O hotel funciona em um prédio histórico, portanto antigo, com uma decoração mais datada, mas ainda assim oferece conforto, limpeza e boas instalações. Nos hospedamos no quarto triplo, formado por dois ambientes interligados, com duas camas de casal, um banheiro amplo e dois aparelhos de ar-condicionado. Conseguimos manter a temperatura do quarto confortável mesmo no inverno, sem aquele superaquecimento comum em muitos hotéis europeus. O café da manhã é diversificado, os quartos estavam limpos e a equipe foi sempre atenciosa. O único ponto negativo é o elevador, que é pequeno e só pode ser acessado após subir um lance de escada com as malas. Mesmo assim, recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar no Pantheon Inn.

Meget vennlig personale, rent og ryddig. Lokasjonen er perfekt i forhold til restauranter og barer, shopping, samt severdigheter. Litt vanskelig å finne inngangen til hotellet når vi kom.

Huone oli erittäin kompakti, mutta nätisti sisustettu ja vaatteille oli riittävästi ripustimia. Huone siivottiin joka päivä ja tarjottavat täytettiin minibaariin ja kahvia varten. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja mielestäni poikkeuksellisen huomaavaista. Aamiaishuone on ihana, hieman ahdas, mutta persoonallinen. Aamiaiseen kannattaa varata aikaa, sillä tarjottavia ei täytetä kovin nopeasti. Sinänsä aamiainen oli oikein riittävä ja erityisesti makeat täytetyt croisantit olivat itselle erikoinen aamiainen, mutta lomalla kiva herkku. Saimme myös hyvin aikaiselle retkipäivälle mukaamme aamiaispussit, kun emme ehtineet syömään hotellilla. Huoneessa oli toimiva ilmastointi ja lämmitys, mitä talvella kaipaa. Erittäin hyvät pyyhkeet. Huoneen 123 eli respan vieressä, ei ollut äänieristystä vaan äänet respasta, kadulta ja viereisestä huoneesta kuuluivat erittäin hyvin. Jos olet herkkäuninen, pyydä huone pihan puolelta.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was satisfying. If I come back to Rome, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The hotel was located centrally to many of the main points of interest we wanted to see.

Our room was spacious and nice. I loved the old world decor. The mattress was not comfortable in my opinion. The daily breakfast was nice. We were able to check in earlier than the usual time which was very nice.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything and when we needed a car from the airport or to the train station, the staff was very helpful and communicative. We wanted to stay somewhere to get a “taste of Italy” and the Pantheon Inn offered that. It did not feel like a major chain hotel. Beautiful marble stair cases, quaint lift and wood accents. We enjoyed the private balcony and great views from the patio on the 4th floor. Windows were soundproof and air conditioning worked great. We would stay again and recommend highly to others.

The hotel controls the temperature in the rooms. You have no control of the temperature and they turned off the a/c on October 1st. The room we had had no place to unpack your cloths. An armoire held a few things but that was it. This hotel is great for the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Other than that, its average, but pricey.
