Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Zimmer sauber, alles vorhanden, sogar Haarspülung und Handcreme im Spender. Das Frühstück war Weltklasse. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen sicher wieder.

We stayed here for our fifth anniversary and got engaged. My partner is vegan and they were very accommodating about vegan breakfast options. The spa is lovely. The bed was very comfy and the room was great.

Camera moderna e pulita, personale molto gentile, buona la colazione, comodo il garage con accesso diretto all'hotel.

Tutto perfetto, parcheggio gratuito sul posto, unico neo e stato il riscaldamento in bagno che non funzionava

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Super Lage, Tiefgarage und Fahrradabstellraum vorhanden. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Am Pool gibt es genügend Liegen, und auch der Spa-Bereich ist in Ordnung. Ich war sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder!

This was the best hotel that I have stayed in I think ever! Truly I have traveled many places and the stellar Ambiance of this hotel cannot be beaten. The breakfast is amazing as everyone else says. To be able to have an omelette each morning it's just wonderful because you end up spending all day out doing things and the protein just keeps you going. The fruit was always fresh the yogurt was the best I've had and of course the pastries were delicious. My favorite part of every morning was one of the staff and the breakfast room by the name of Taia and she helped us a great deal everyday trying to speak Italian since we are from america. The beds are the most comfortable and The View was wonderful we had room 407 I highly recommend you request it but just don't request it when we're coming back! Which in all honesty would be every stinking year if I could afford it! The walkability to Riva everyday was beautiful! We did jump in the pool once and it was pretty chilly even though it was heated but it is October after all. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Very nice hotel, best breakfast of our 7 day around Lake Garda trip. The room Aircon is bizarre, thee was a panel for a/c but no control in the room itself (not even on or off) and only controlled by reception. This meant a very noisy night of largely ineffective aircon than couldn’t be turned off. Made what could have been an outstanding stay, uncomfortable, sleepless and frustrating.
