Wonderful stay! We are coming back!!!

C’était juste un endroit magnifique avec une vue imprenable au bord de la piscine La chambre était très belle et très agréable avec son espace intérieur Je recommande vivement cet endroit

Tres bel hôtel, un acceuil formidable, de très belles prestations

Un peu loin des lacs et Numbro n’est pa une très jolie ville. 1 nuit sur 3 sans climatisation dans la chambre. Après attention la piscine extérieure tout comme le spa n’est pas accessible aux enfants.

Struttura molto bella ed elegante, il personale è gentile e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante ed era tutto buonissimo. Camera semplice e spaziosa, parcheggio proprio di fronte alla struttura, zona collinare circondata dal verde. Siamo davvero soddisfatti, torneremo!

We came for a wedding which was beautiful and magical

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel und haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und angenehm klimatisiert. Es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel, was angenehm ist. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und reichhaltig. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Den Spa Bereich haben wir sehr intensiv genutzt. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Servicen från personalen var väldigt varierad. Ofta var man själv tvungen att fråga om saker som borde förklaras automatiskt av personalen. Vi upplevde också att italienare fick bättre service och mer förklaringar än oss som kom från annat land. Fick ingen hjälp med vin till middagen trots att vi bad om det. Vi skulle äta helt olika rätter men fick ändå samma vin rekordmenderat utan att dom ville förklara varför. Många pratade så snabbt med stark brytning att det var svårt att förstå vad dom sa. Insekter på flera ställen, bla i spadelen. På hemsidan låter det som att dom har en stor buffefrukost av hög kvalité, men många saker var man tvungen att beställa och betala extra för. Ingen ljudisolering till rummet, man hörde allt vad andra pratade om i korridoren.

Nous sommes venus pour la deuxième année consécutive et cet établissement est toujours agréable. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Le gros plus est la partie Spa et piscine qui offre un vrai moment de détente. Le petit déjeuner est également de qualité

Séjour parfait on y retournera avec une chambre sur vue sur la vallée SPA Parfait restaurant cher mais vaut le déplacement Le personnel ne parle que anglais et italien

Very nice hotel and beatiful area,quiet and relaxing.We updated the room to the new building There was a lot of noice in the air condition in the first room but the updated room was excellent and the view was spectacular.The spa was great , but the swimming pool area was missing sun umbrellas.We got excellent service from all except the receptionts were quite arrogant but in all a very nice hotel

Siamo arrivati per fare il check in e’ non abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza di benvenuto, mai successo una cosa del genere , o fatto il complain alla persona che era lì giorno dopo .

Bella struttura, personale gentilissimo

In my opinion, this hotel was very over-rated. When you walk in, the staff are lovely and welcoming with fantastic English but the bar is in the reception with the only public seating for the hotel also in both bar/reception area. People sit and stare as you are checking in. The room was nice and clean but the heating and aircon didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t connect and the tv couldn’t connect to any services such as Netflix We were only one of 3 tables eating in the restaurant and the food was lovely but far overpriced for what it was. Again the service in the restaurant was great, very attentive-almost too much. I think overall the atmosphere was the big let down in the hotel overall and the restaurant. To Note, the pool is €62.50 pp for a couple of hours, this doesn’t include any treatment and must be booked in advanced-they said we should have received an email with this pointed out to us but we never got anything-unless you are going for the spa-there is very little else to do with no hang out areas to read a book etc

Bel hôtel avec spa et piscine. Chambres spacieuses très confortables avec une mention spéciale pour les salles de bain. Point négatif, l'hôtel se situe à l'extérieur de la ville et il n'y a rien autour (sinon la montagne). Une seule route pour y accéder et elle était en travaux lors de notre séjour ! Il ne fallait pas manquer les créneaux d'ouverture - parfois seulement un quart d'heure - sous peine de rester bloquer des heures. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du standing de l'établissement.

Struttura molto bella, pulita e staff gentilissimo. Colazione ottima e di qualità. Consigliatissimo.
