ピッコロ ホテル カサ ミア

交通の便が良く、オルティージャにも歩ける便利で手頃なホテル。 24時間フロント対応ではないが、玄関は2重扉とカメラ監視があってセキュリティの不安はなかった。 エアコンや冷蔵庫が古くノイズが気になった。朝食は最小限のクオリティだがケーキやタルトが日替わりでバリエーションがあった。

オルティージャ島へは入口まで徒歩10分ぐらい。夜もそこそこ人気があり、あまり不安を感じることなく歩けました。 ホテルの設備、宿の人の対応、朝食などはまずまず。 クルマは宿の前の道路に停められますが、行ったときは空いていず、案内された近くの駐車場へ行ったところ、そちらも満車（空車の表示が出ているのに）。バスの駐車場に停めることになり、違反切符を切られてしまいました。。。

鉄道駅とオルティージャ島の中間にあり、シラクーサを基点に周辺地域を公共交通機関で旅行するには便利。ただし、レストランのほとんどはオルティージャ島にあるため、ホテルには歩いて戻る必要がある。周辺は、夜21時ほどでもそれなりの人通りはあり。

駅とオルティージャ島と中間にあるのでどこに行くのも徒歩で済ますことができ便利でした。館内にはあちらこちらにお花が飾られ、スタッフも非常にフレンドリーで親切でした。お部屋は普通ですが、清潔で問題ありませんでした。テレビがブラウン管で１つのチャンネルしか映らなかったこと、お部屋にポットがなかったことが残念でした。朝食のコーヒーがイタリアにしては珍しく、ポットに入った苦く濃いもので、ほかの観光客の方も顔をしかめておられました。全体的にもう少し手を加えたものがあるとよいかなと感じました。

The staff were helpful, the room was inviting, and the location was excellent for going around town. Lots of restaurants in the area and not far from any of the major sites we wanted to see. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. All great for a good night’s rest after a long day of site seeing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family going to Siracusa.

Nice place, few minutes walking to the Ortigia island. Many parking lots around!

Good location, decent size rooms, dated decore passable breakfast. The reception staff were helpful and kindly give us a mosquito repellent gadget when we needed one. The location was handy for the bus station and also the bridges to the island. Breakfast was ok but not brilliant.

When we arrived we were told that our room would be ready within an hour which we were very happy about. Upon our return however, the room wasn't ready, and we were offered another room which we accepted. This room hadn't been cleaned so we were then offered another room which was being cleaned but nearly finished. The cleaner didn't seem to appreciate that we had been brought in but wasn't there for long. The toilet also wasn't working, and so a repair man came in to sort it, again whilst we were waiting. If we knew this we would have just waited as the room we booked was alot nicer and bigger. We were only there for 1 night so we didn't really want to make a fuss but we did feel like we had been given an inferior room to the one we requested. The room was clean, but the furnishings obviously don't get maintained very often as they were very dusty and old. The location was great as it wasn't far to walk to all the major sites/station, and the person on the reception desk was pleasant even if the room we were given didn't meet expectations. The breakfast in the morning was fine just quite basic, but generally standard like many hotels across Europe. We were offered to have a taxi booked for us however and the driver then charged us 20 Euros for a 5 minute journey. He claimed he had no change. Usually booking taxis through the hotel is quite reliable but in this case it wasn't. We were allowed to leave our bags in reception however which helped us.

Lovely simple breakfast. Clean, good location. Nice staff. Just what we wanted.

Situation idéale au centre de Syracuse avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Chambre spacieuse, au calme. Petit-déjeuner buffet varié.

Outdated but cute hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel has a patio which is nice on a summer evening, you can enjoy some food and drinks from a nearby convenient store. There is a good paid and guarded parking area nearby (350 meters) if you come by car.

Delizioso hotel in stile libery, nei pressi immediati dell'isola di Ortigia. Fornito di ogni comfort: aria condizionata, wifi, tv, piccolo frigo, bagno in camera. La colazione è piu che dignitosa e le pulizie vengono effettuate ogni giorno con cambio asciugamani

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, a tan solo 900 metros de la Isola di Ortigia. El barrio muy bonito, con todo facilidades para salir, comer, tomar algo.
