We would highly reccomend staying at the Art Hotel. It is a super convenient location with lots of great dining options, it’s walkable to all important destinations. The bus also stops right outside the hotel as well! Most importantly, the staff was incredible helpful, kind and informative!

Totally safe.

For a four star property it was very under whelming ..

The large room was amazing with a Large Hot Tub, Nice Balcony with a Sea View, great Shower…. Also a good Breakfast & The SERVICE was Outstanding!

One of the most beautiful views ever . Room overlooked the ocean, large balcony . Room was full upgraded with the latest and uptodate gadgets / amenities . Walking down to the beach is one of the most scenic walks and took about 20-25 minutes eating gelato etc . Reception was very helpful and curtious

The property is located in an ideal place in Positano with a great view from the balcony and walkable access to nearby dining places, beach, ferry service and the central area with shopping. The staff is excellent and very helpful, they were able to resolve all our issues and answered questions patiently

The rooms were amazing, I loved the balcony. It was in a great location, so easily accessible to restaurants and the beach. Staff was amazing, super helpful and very accommodating. And the drinks are great.

The front desk girl is so horrible always angry !!! Rooms and small with a very uncomfortable bed !

The location is a fair way up the hill but the interno bus stop is outside so quite convenient. The room was good with internet tv that had Amazon, YouTube and Netflix access. Very comfortable bed. The room was a little musty smelling however but cleared up a bit when we kept the doors open when we were in. No working fridge unfortunately (just a bar fridge that didn’t seem to work). There was large balcony with great views. There are also a couple of private parking garages not far from the hotel. The real downside for us however was the poor noise insulation between adjacent rooms which kept us awake longer than we would have liked due to neighbours talking and TVs.

Very nice hotel. It is far up on the hillside with a view overlooking the harbor. This can make it a challenge if you are arriving in the ferry, since the walk up to the hotel from the ferry terminal can be long and arduous, with many flights of stairs. We arrived fro Naples airport via a transfer service and thus were spared this issue. When we left for Capri on the ferry, the hotel arranged a porter service to deliver our luggage to the ferry terminal, while we took the bus. One of the advantages of this hotel is that there is a bus stop steps from the front door. Busses are the best way to navigate Positano unless you’re prepared to climb hundreds of steps between the hotel and the sea. The busses depart the hotel at quarter past and quarter till the hour, and circulate in a large loop through the town’s only one way street go vehicular traffic. They are clean and easy to navigate. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the decor is interesting. The owner’s wife is an artist, and it shows both in the decor of the hotel itself and in the artworks gracing its walls. A wonderful place to stay!

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, with updated amenities. Rooms with a balcony do not disappoint- views are spectacular. Excellent breakfast, and walkable to main areas of interest and great local restaurants. Thanks so much to the hotel and staff for an amazing visit!
