Our stay at Relais Blu was absolutely unforgettable. The location is breathtaking, with panoramic views of the sea and Capri that feel almost unreal. The service was truly outstanding — professional, warm, and personal. A special mention goes to the amazing gentleman at the reception, whose kindness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Mr. Antonino, you should definitely give him a raise — he represents the spirit of Relais Blu perfectly. The entire team in the bar and restaurant was also fantastic — attentive, friendly, and clearly proud of what they do. Every meal was a highlight, both in taste and presentation. Relais Blu combines luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service in the best possible way.

Our room was spacious, clean and towels etc were changed twice each day. The balcony had an amazing view of Capri. The staff were incredibly attentive and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they even provided a wrap for my wife when the weather turned cold one evening. I used the gym each day and whilst the equipment was basic, the gym was quiet and there were adequate weights, mats and running machines. The sauna was also great to go in after the gym. Breakfast each day was great. Very fresh, good selection and again, nothing was too much trouble. My wife is gluten free and they made her bread and cousins fresh each day. Whilst the journey into Sorrento is a 20 minute drive, the hotel offered a free private shuttle that ran regularly. Most times, we had the shuttle to ourselves and we used this service several times. The hotel is incredibly quiet and relaxing and if this is what you are looking for, I would highly recommend Relais Blu. We would definitely stay again.

このホテルの一番の売りは、テラスからの景観。ほぼ１８０度の海と眼前にカプリ島。圧巻です。 アクセスは、車以外ありません。私たちはレンタカーで行きました。バスも走ってたみたいですが、詳細不明です。周囲の道の運転はかなりハードです。着くとすぐにスタッフが出てきて、荷物持ってくれて、車移動してくれ、チェックインもスムーズ。まずテラスでウェルカムドリンク。ここからの眺めをみて、運転疲れたけど来てよかったーと思います。 部屋は広いですし、海の見えるベランダもある。ただ少々難点も。まず、スリッパが無い。無料の水がない。あと私らの部屋は電球が３つ切れていた。ただ、電話したら１分で来て、本当にすぐ付け替えてくれましたけどね。風呂は浴槽にジャグジー付き。シャワー別。プール用のビーチサンダルが置いてあったのは良かった。 プールはちょっと歩きます。プール用のタオルは部屋にあって、自分で持っていく形。現地スタッフは１人いるけど飲み物専用係で、タオルの世話はなし。でもやはり眺めが素晴らしいのですべて許す。ここで半日ごろごろしてました。至福です。 レストランはミシュラン一つ星。今風の軽いイタリアン。魚のコース、肉のコース、アラカルトがありました。コースにはワインペアリングもあり。なかなかのセレクトだったと思います。 チェックアウトは１２時（チェックインは何時からか忘れました）。 カプリ島何泊かしてから旅の終わりにここ来て、カプリ島眺めながら、旅の思い出に浸りながらのんびりする、これが最高と思います。もちろん、ここ単独でも十分いいですよ。

This hotel is well worth the trip. Gorgeous views and a spa feel to the whole place. The rooms are modern and spacious. Good selection of high quality food for breakfasts. A convenient shuttle to and from take us to Sorrento (on their schedule) and the staff was always eager to help. I loved the infinity pool that overlooked the sea and and sunsets.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Blu Relai Hotel. Tony gave us a professional and warm welcome, which made us feel at ease right away. Bianca was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Andrea at reception was also very kind, as were all the staff we met. The hotel itself is comfortable and well-kept, but what truly stood out was the friendliness of the team – and the breakfast, which was excellent! The view from the pool is also stunning. We’d 100% recommend this place. Thanks again to Bianca and the whole staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Not only does this hotel look amazing with the best views of the coast but the staff goes above and beyond. I have travelled all over the world and there are varying degrees of customer service but this hotel that is family owned is above and beyond. I love the personal touch it them knowing your name and things you like. The turn down service. The smiles and the jokes. It feels like home. They have a Michelin star chef/restaurant but they are far from stuffy. The calm is unparalleled. We will be back for sure one day! Thank you for everything!

Maten och frukosten på hotellet är utmärkt. Michelin-restaurangen lyfter hotellet. Max 1 timme bil till alla sevärdheter. Bättre att bo här än i byarna. Lugnet och platsen är utmärkt! We loved the Relais Blu. I have wanted to stay there ever since I saw The Trip to Italy 10 years ago. The views from the hotel to Capri and the coastline are fabulous and the hotel decor is beautiful. Our room (luxury double) was very spacious and quiet. The food in the bistro restaurant was exceptional. All the staff were helpful and spoke excellent English (way better than my very poor Italian). We stayed for four nights and loved every minute. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Staff are really exceptional, they try their best to help. The view is stunning and the rooms are spacious.

Kustens bästa läge med panorama utsikt över Capri, Ichias, Neapel, Vesuvio och solnedgången rakt framför hotellet. Personalen är utmärkt och ger utmärkt service. Maten och frukosten på hotellet är utmärkt. Michelin-restaurangen lyfter hotellet. Max 1 timme bil till alla sevärdheter. Bättre att bo här än i byarna. Lugnet och platsen är utmärkt! Fem-stjärnig nivå. Poolen är också den helt magisk hela dagen fram till solnedgången.

Relais Blu is a stunning hotel, the view from the terrace and the pool is breathtaking. The staff are all very welcoming, they are friendly and polite, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is very good, every choice you could wish for, all of a very high standard. The rooms are amazing, very large, all with beautiful views.

We loved the Relais Blu. I have wanted to stay there ever since I saw The Trip to Italy 10 years ago. The views from the hotel to Capri and the coastline are fabulous and the hotel decor is beautiful. Our room (luxury double) was very spacious and quiet. The food in the bistro restaurant was exceptional. All the staff were helpful and spoke excellent English (way better than my very poor Italian). We stayed for four nights and loved every minute. We would highly recommend a stay here.
