Ottima struttura in borgo medievale sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

We absolutely love this place. It's our second visit and we would stay again. The rooms/apartments are fabulous, the restaurant is delicious and reasonable, the staff is wonderful, the room cleaners do an excellent job and we love the location!

A tiny medieval village restored back into a beautiful hotel. Staff was awesome. Loved it and will be back.

Vista mozzafiato, spa rigeneratrice, ristorante tipico. Assoluto relax.

Struttura turistica realizzata in un vecchio borgo una targa indica il 1300, con lo stile classico della zona. Ho trovato scomodo il passaggio scoperto tra il cuore centrale del complesso e la dépendance, da percorrere sotto la pioggia. Comunque molto positivo l'impatto del ponte che domina la piscina, di notte qualche luce in più aiuta a spostarsi in maggior sicurezza. Ristorante panoramico. Stante la presenza di diversi stranieri la padronanza della lingua Inglese potrebbe agevolare alcune situazioni, tipo la cliente che chiede non ci sia aglio nel cibo e le viene consigliato il tagliere degli affettati salvo procedere in tempo alle rettifiche del caso.

Hotel silenzioso e confortevole, personale cortese e disponibile. La strada che conduce all'hotel è un po' impervia e non sarebbe il massimo percorrerla di notte ma resta comunque una struttura caratteristica. In più accettano animali domestici.

Il relais si trova in cima ad un colle, con un panorama meraviglioso. Location davvero incantevole e ben curata. Personale molto gentile e disponibile Noi viaggiavamo in 4 ed abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. Due ampie camere da letto, sala con cucina (piccola ma bellissima, "nascosta" dentro un mobile) bagno con vasca idromassaggio / doccia (unica pecca forse l'idromassaggio, alla vista un po' datato e non tenuto benissimo non l'abbiamo utilizzato) e un bel terrazzo che affacciava sul giardino e sulla piscina La colazione - dolce e salato - ottima. Abbiamo fatto un aperitivo sulla terrazza che affaccia sul colle, uno spettacolo Una piccola pausa assolutamente rigenerante; è stato un dispiacere dover andar via ma sicuramente ci torneremo.

Das Resort hat sicherlich wunderbare Zeiten erlebt, doch leider muss man ehrlich sein, dass der Zahn der Zeit nagt. Bad und Kochnische mit nur Minibar Kühlschrank in unserem Apartment sind sanierungsbedürftig. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert! Größe des Apartments war dem Preis angemessen und bot zudem einen sehr üppigen Balkon mit Poolsicht und Umgebung. Das Sofa war allerdings sehr fleckig. Der Pool war sehr schön, allerdings die Außendusche müsste saniert werden. Liegen mit Polster waren genügend vorhanden. Das Frühstück: Die Auswahl am Buffet war sehr bescheiden und zudem meist vergriffen. Spezialitäten der Region gab es leider nicht. Was es gab war lieblos angerichtet. Die Räume sind düster und nicht einladend. Das Billardzimmer regte nicht zum Spielen an. Ein Spielzimmer für Kinder und Spielplatz gab es auch nicht. Hoffe es wird zukünftig in das eigentliche Schmuckstück mehr investiert!

First day dinner was great, on the second day not. We were waiting around 80 minutes our dinner to start, quality was not good at all vs the first day. The rest is ok.

Nice location and facilities but real bad service: the room was not properly cleaned and we had to call them again; the key got stuck and could not open the door; the restaurant closed at 14:00 but nobody told us at reception but mislead us into beñieving that we could have lunch there, then it was too late as at 13:45 we we allowed to seat but then we were denied service and no apologies from the staff; the hotel is also clearly understaffed and difficult to find help.

un borgo incantevole, sembra uscito da una fiaba, il personale eccellente e la cura nella preparazione dei pasti, unita al panorama di cui si gode in questa favolosa location per consumare sia cena che colazione con una vista a perdita d'occhio sulle vallate e sui monti circostanti. Assolutamente una sorpresa ed un'esperienza da rifare e da consigliare.

Vi havde booket en lejlighed til 3 voksne og et barn. Der kom konsekvent mellem 2 og 3 rene håndklæder pr dag selvom vi dagligt bad om at få til fire. Det tog flere dage og 3 forespørgsler, at få en opfyldning af håndsæbe på badeværelset. Vi oplevede flere gange at løbe tør for toiletpapir. Når det er sagt, var lejligheden super fin og de 2 pools var så fine. God morgenmad med et fint udvalg. Det eneste ærgelige, var hotellets restaurant til aften, ikke levede op til vores forventninger, vores vurdering er dyr og kedelig mad. Der er 5 km til de nærmeste restauranter, men vi opgav efter 1 besøg og skiftedes istedet til at køre hjem.

This hotel is amazing! Beautiful on the inside with gorgeous views! The room was fantastic! Very clean place! The food was delicious! I highly recommend staying here!

Luogo incantevole, immerso negli ulivi. Struttura pulita, buoni i servizi. Bella la piscina.
