We had a really great stay. Alessandro was so welcoming and explained everything and gave us some help with information about the local area. We had a garden apartment which we really liked. Lovely and quiet when we visited. Nice relaxing pool area where you could get drinks. 5 minutes walk to the beach with an area with sun beds for guests. We could walk to town and the many restaurants in ten minutes. So many very beautiful beaches nearby.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, la chambre que vous avons eu ne voit quasiment pas la mer, il faut être debout pour voir un petit bout de mer. Les appartements de la résidences sont très vieillots, la gazière ne fonctionne pas très bien, j’ai du mal à l’allumer. La Clim est très vieux également. L’appartement a un odeur de vieux. Nous avons eu un mille-pattes au plafond de la chambre à 1h du matin, il y a beaucoup de fourmis dans la chambre. Le ménage a été effectué 2 fois sur les 7 jours, il change les serviettes de plages tous les 4 jours, sinon c’est 10 euros par serviette. Je trouve cela abusé ! Il y a beaucoup de fourmis et des fourmis rouges autour de la piscine, des fourmis nagent à la surface de piscine également. Surtout beaucoup de moustiques tigres autour de la piscine, je me suis piqué plusieurs fois.

Mid September- basic accommodation which could be made so much nicer. Decor inside apt basic and old fashioned. Equipment for kitchen needs updating not even a kettle and could have had salt and pepper, sugar/oil or anything to make stay better. No microwave or oven just a hob. Hotel grounds were nice but pool is closed everyday between 13:00 - 15:00 so basically hottest part of day! Sun beds at pool not busy when we were here. Good and drink extortionate which is not unusual for Sardinia it would seem - but you have staff sitting around doing nothing because no one eats or drinks there I would imagine as so expensive. we were two friends and happy to pay more money for nice food but to be honest menu and prices we were not going to pay. Very quiet at resort no one seemed to be around much so lacked atmosphere. Maybe if prices were not so high more people would eat at restaurant/cafe and there would be more atmosphere. To be honest everyone was probably all in their rooms or out as never saw many people despite 25 of 39 rooms full. Room was cleaned maybe once or twice in one week. Sea view apt had small balcony ( not large as in photos ) so you might need to check that before you come if want that specifically. Town is near with some bars and restaurants but again not overly busy but that could be time of year. Nice view. If looking for peaceful relaxing stay. Beach 5-10 min walk along a paved road, hotel has sun beds which they require €35- €50 for 2 & umbrella

Struttura molto curata, staff molto professionale e cordiale, ci siamo sentiti accolti molto bene ed abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillita' e la cura della struttura

Il residence è carino e lo staff è cordiale. Ottima la colazione con prodotti locali. La nota dolente è lo stile di (non) comunicazione adottato dal direttore. C’è stato un fraintendimento in sede di prenotazione sulla spiaggia privata che su Hotels.com sembrava essere inclusa nel costo. Niente di grave ma, visto anche il periodo scarico, ci saremmo aspettati anche solo una chiacchierata con il direttore. Il direttore però non si è mai fatto vivo nonostante avessimo chiesto di lui. Occasione persa. Le pulizie nella camera accanto cominciate alle 6 del mattino in modo rumoroso non hanno reso gradevolissimo il check out.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale. Struttura curata con aree verdi meravigliose e piscina pulitissima. Vicina alla spiaggia di Simus, circa 5 minuti a piedi. Abbastanza vicina al centro, circa 15 minuti a piedi (noi avevamo un auto a noleggio e ci è risultata molto comoda). Il bar/ristorante è ben rifornito e propone ottimi piatti e di vario genere. L’alloggio con terrazza ha vista sulla piscina e vista mare (in lontananza ma comunque suggestivo). Non fornisce condimenti ma solo un po’ di detersivi per piatti e pavimenti. Cambio regolare di lenzuola e asciugamani (ogni 4 giorni). Letto purtroppo non troppo comodo ma sono comunque pareri soggettivi. Arredo completo stile sardo, un po’ datato. Spiaggia della struttura centrale alla spiaggia, pulitissima e tranquilla. Per prenotare ombrellone e lettini bisogna accordarsi alla reception prima di recarsi in spiaggia. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura. Congratulazioni al personale per la disponibilità.

Familiar with Villasimius we wanted to change from our usual accommodation and booked for the 1st time Le Bouganville. We booked a panoramic appartment and result was outstanding. The view was extraordinary with la isola dei cavoli and Capo Carbonara on one side and the countryside view at the back with herds of ewes and rural life. The appartment was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good bar service for the "aperitivo". We hardly used the pool but it it was quiet and relaxing. 10 Minutes walk from the extraordinary beach. 15 minutes by foot from the village. We will come back.

We had an great time. Staff so friendly and helpful, and the residence was beautiful and so relaxing. Not far from beach and pool not busy. Lovely part of world also.

Waren nun schon zum dritten mal dort und kommen gerne wieder. Super schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Kristallklares Wasser und ein malerisch hübscher Ort.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Apartments könnte man mal so langsam renovieren. Die Betten sind unglaublich unbequem. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr dürftig. Die Zusatzkosten (zb. Liegen am Strand) sind nicht transparent. Die Anlage an sich ist wunderschön. Es waren viele Kinder in der Anlage aber leider wurde für Kinder nichts geboten.

Wir wohnten eine Woche in einem Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer Wohnküche und einem grosszügigen Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer. Residence Le Bouganville liegt in Fussdistanz sowohl vom Strand (5') als auch von der Altstadt (10') mit seinen vielen Lokalen und Shops. Wir genossen die Ruhe, die nur von gelegentlichem Vogelgezwitscher, den Knisternden Palmen im Wind und dem Meeresrauschen unterbrochen wurde. Das Personal begegnete uns jederzeit sehr freundlich und erfüllte unsere Wünsche (z.B. nach einer zusätzlichen Bettdecke) umgehend. Die Küche verfügt über einen Gasherd und eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Das Vorhandensein eines Backofens hätte ich als leidenschaftlicher Koch zu schätzen gewusst.

Bardzo ładny ośrodek blisko pięknej plaży. Ośrodek posiada elegancki basen z opieką ratownika oraz bar. Niestety, pokój bez aneksu kuchennego nie był wyposażony nawet w szklanki, a bar oferował jedynie śniadanie w stylu włoskim ( kawa i rogalik). Przeszkadzało nam również, że przez tydzień pobytu nie została zmieniona pościel oraz ręczniki. Być może taka usługa była dodatkowa płatna.

Lokation war gut.. in der nöhe vom zentrum villasimius.. porto giunco jnd punta molentis... alles war ok.. gabs nur nicht gute wlan auf die Terrasse.. im zimmer kein Wlan

Bellissimo posto e ben attrezzato. Personale simpatico.

Ottima posizione per il mare ed il paese,location pulita e ben tenuta anche se il prezzo sembra eccessivo,visto il niente compreso.Imbarazzante il dover chiedere alla reception un rotolo di carta igienica.Dato sottolineando che era una tantum e no era comoreso.Nessuna indicazione su nessuna cosa.Sconcertante la piscina chiusa 3 ore dalle 12.30 alle 15.30.Con un approccio più affabile e vicino al cliente sarebbe molto buono.Gentilissimo personale al bar,nessuno che richiama i bambini che fanno confusione Ci vorrei tornare e trovarmi più a mio agio.

Il terrazzo frote mare stupendo, vicinanza a simius e al centro ottimo lo consiglio vivamente!

Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten am Strand 10-15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft perfekt und Gratis. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 2020-2021. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das Wifi, kein Wifi in Appartements und bei Cafe Restaurant teilweise sehr langsam
