tous les commerces étaient ouverts, logement très propre et fonctionnel, très calme, communication au top

Trés bonne acceuil de l'hote ne parlais pas francais mais nous en avons compris essentiel le logement en lui meme pas trop mal possitionné au dessus d'un restaurant qui n'hésite pas à taper dans les murs à minuit pendant 20 mn ces long quand nous sommes en vacances le site pas entretenue des poubelles débordantes aucune activité autour de ce logement ni plage apart la pelousa et le port 3 boutiques ouvert le soir.

Schöne Lage mit Meerblick. Gutes Restaurant ganz nah.

Fantastic location for a relaxing few days. Fabiola was really helpful organising transfers to the port and checking on boat trips etc. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed. Restaurant next door was delicious and friendly staff. Choice of local small beaches, or get the €1 bus to pelosa or the beaches by stintino. Can’t wait to go back again!

Die Unterkunft ist gut. Wir hatten ein Studio mit supertollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Feriendomizil, wo es nur Häuser, Wohnungen, Hotels gibt. Einheimische sieht man dort nicht, nur Touristen. Stintino ansich ist ein kleiner Ort, indem nicht viel los, bis auf ein paar Lokale, die aber alle sehr gut sind. Das Opera Viva ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man Fisch liebt.

Casa ben rifinita, bagno nuovissimo, personale cortese. Pulito. Zona tranquilla

C'è l'essenziale di cui si ha bisogno. L'ambiente è piccolo ma funzionale. Pulito. Forse avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. È tranquillo e vicino al mare. Nel monolocale vista giardino purtroppo c'è poca privacy con il vicinato. Tante zanzare da cui difendersi. Nel complesso giudizio positivo credo torneremo.

Accoglienza veramente ottima!!! La posizione del residence é incantevole, a nord del paese di Stintino con spiaggette e scoglietti raggiungibili in pochi passi.Vi é anche un lungo sentiero che costeggia il mare in mezzo alla macchia mediterranea. Il monolocale é molto grazioso, anche se un po' umido. I letti non sono molto comodi. L'attrezzatura della cucina é un po' scarsina, ma é presente il microonde. Collocazione adatta a chi cerca il relax e l'ambiente naturale, per il resto occorre spostarsi in auto.

Vicinissimo a spiaggette con acqua pulita, comodo per raggiungere anche in autobus le spiagge più belle e Stintino; spazio adeguato, gradevole, pulito e luminoso; ampia terrazza con vista mare molto bella; facile accesso a piedi ai negozi di generi alimentari.

Los apartamentos al estar orientados al este estaban con mucho sol durante el día, pero los mismos no disponen de ningún protector solar para evitar tantas horas de sol.

De openingstijden van de receptie zijn zeer beperkt wat erg onhandig is, we kwamen om 14 uur aan en er zou tot 17 uur niemand zijn. Na bellen werden we uiteindelijk door een kamermeisje naar onze kamer gebracht. Later was de receptie wel open en de medewerkster was wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was goed uitgerust maar oud en slecht afgewerkt/onderhouden. Ik denk dat het redelijk schoon was maar door de staat waarin de kamer verkeerde voelde dat niet echt zo...Voor het gehele complex geldt; vergane glorie, als die glorie er ooit is geweest...Al met al vind ik de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet passen bij het gemiddelde aantal sterren van de beoordelingen (waar ikzelf wel op af ben gegaan bij het boeken)

Nice place to stay i Sardinia. Close to many beaches and other nice thing to see in Sardinia.

El personal del apartamento muy amable, bien situado, hay supermercados en la zona y unas playas increíbles.

We had a very nice time in Stintino. Hotel room was clean and had all necessary equipment, including cooking/eating set (even wine opener). The receptionist in Residence was very helpful, we had a contanct throughout all period. The terrace with sea view is astonishing, the best thing we had in the residence! We really recommend this Hotel for couples :)

Vista sul mare veramente invidiabile, camera confortevole e da poco ristrutturata, unica pecca l'assenza del bidet ma in compenso il bagno era nuovo. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Vacanza molto bella e rigenerante. Consigliato!!!!

Il residence e' in una posizione tranquilla e vicina al mare , il posto ideale dove riposare. Non sono riuscita pero ' a godere appieno della bellezza per la Pelosa , troppaaa gente. il mare li ' e fantastico.

Carino e semplice, molto disponibile il personale, struttura attrezzata, vicino alla spiaggia, con spiaggia privata. Tutto sommato un ottima scelta

se state cercando RELAX, lontano dal caos, dal traffico, ma comunque vicinissimo a qualsiasi comfort. Le spiaggie più belle sono accessibile con i mezzi pubblici (così evitate colonne per i parcheggi), Vi consiglio vivamente LE VELE

We had a great time and thanks to Claudia. She lent us a few bits and pieces for the beach which made a huge difference. She had many great suggestions of thing to do and was able to check availability and book. The residence was spotless and well equipped, very quiet location, ideal for a relaxed holiday. Nothing was too difficult to provide and when we found the plates and cutlery available was limited, this was all sorted very quickly. We were provided with hairdryer and toaster, special electrical plugs, etc. Just ask if you would want anything and usually it is available. The rooms are very spacious. The beaches nearby were also great small and many virtually private – snorkelling great, with many fish varieties. For some of the beaches it is best to have rubber shoes as they are a bit pebbly. We also did not have any serious problem with the mosquitoes – Claudia advised on what to do and also provided all the equipment. The bathroom had just been refurbished to an excellent standard. The mini market nearby is reasonable and has fresh bread daily. There are also other shops in the same shopping area. The swimming pool in the hotel next door had just opened and was good but if you need umbrella, etc the price for the day goes up to €15 per person, a bit steep for a family. For best internet, ask for a room nearer to the office. Also, ideally rent a car, as the bus services generally run hourly.
