Amazing location. Bed linen and bathroom were very clean and bed comfortable but a lot of dust under the bed and on top of cupboard. No kettle. It is located adjacent to a restaurant so very noisy at the weekend evenings. But good value for money.

Avoid!! Our experience at this property was shocking. Having booked 11 months in advance we arrived and were turned away. They acknowledged we had proof of our booking from Expedia, but somehow it had been 'lost' on their booking system, so they refused to allow us to stay. It seems this is not the first time this has happened at this property with Expedia bookings. We were left trying to source alternative accommodation for ourselves and two children with no help from the property - shocking. Also, be aware that every room door opens directly onto a pub garden used by non residents until the early hours - not clear in their promo pictures. Poor customer service, misleading PR photos - there are much better places to stay - thankfully after trekking around Ortigia with 2 children in 38 degree heat we were able to find one.

Hard to find the frontdoor. No sign or mark was there. Hard to contact with the owner. If i wasnt meet her in the street and talk to her, i couldnt have enter the property. I sent email the day before check in but thet reply 4 days after i checked out. Other then that the property was good

Good place in Siracusa center suggestive and rimantic. The staff is eccellent and smiling
