Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Man wird sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist sehr schön und gibt einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Strände ubd Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Fussläufig zu erreichen.

Very pleasant welcome and very helpful during my stay. Room was adequate, practical. Was a little warm and AC couldn’t be lowered past 24 degrees (was 33 degrees outside) Premises outside was nice, grounds were well kept with a pool, out door dining was also nice.

The property was hard to find. No number on gate and set back from the road. Long drive way to the property so not able to be seen from the road. Entrance is right on a very busy intersection and on exit it is blind to traffic on the left so quite dangerous. Even on foot, to cross safely had to walk up the road a distance to cross safely. We were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom. apartment. Small bedroom and large living/kitchen area. Comfortable bed and clean apartment. No toaster or chopping board in kitchen. After first person had a quick shower the water was only warm for the second person. Toilet seat would not stay up on its own so very inconvenient for men. Parking was E8 per day even though there were few guests and ample parking. We did not accept the paid parking and parked on the main road at the end of the drive. We booked at last minute but would not stay there again. The first night was noisy due to a party in the tent/restaurant outside our window.

Ett lite slitet boende i gammal fin Italiens villa. Poolen och balkongen på taket höjde betyget. Trevlig serviceminded personal.

Prima in een woord, mooie plek, prachtig uitzicht, vriendelijke mensen, redelijke prijs

Un lieu très agréable. Le studio était très confortable. Quelques bémols néanmoins : l'accueil est minimaliste ; par ailleurs, trois à quatre fois par semaine le restaurant organise des soirées (jusqu'à minuit environ) avec une sono très forte à quelques mètres de la chambre. Mieux vaut rentrer un peu plus tard ! La villa est très belle mais certaines parties du jardin ne sont pas vraiment entretenues (bidons de produits de piscine à côté des chaises longues...). Enfin le WiFi est un peu chaotique.

Vi hadde en slags liten leilighet med et soverom og et lite kjøkken med en sovesofa. Kjempe fint basseng med utsikt over havnen i Imperia. Ca 15-20 min gange ned til havnen/sentrum. Selve rommene ligger i en slags stor gammel og fin herskaplig villa. Det som trekker mest ned er at vi ikke hadde noe renhold eller påfyll av dopapir i løpet av de 5 dagene vi var der. Heller ikke mulig å betale med kort i restauranten, er tross alt i Europa og i 2018.

Un appartamentino in villa ottocentesca immersa nel verde, con piscina e campo da tennis, completamente ristrutturata, Camera, bagno salotto TV con angolo cottura. Accogliente e pulito. Il bar della piscina non è molto attrezzato per le colazioni, alle 09,30 aveva già terminato le brioches. Mi è sembrato fuori luogo pretendere il pagamento di 7 € per poter parcheggiare la macchina nei posteggi della struttura.

Residence pulito e silenzioso, con una vista stupenda , il personale e cordiale . Da migliorare le stoviglie ormai consumate , il posteggio e’ con un costo apparte e non lo trovo giusto.Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene .

Mysigt hotell med en bra restaurang med mycket bra mat. Ska inte lita på GPS för att hitta ingången till hotellet.

Fantastic hotel. Direct on arrival we were so welcomed by the staff you felt like family, so nice people. An old mansion made in to a hotel with apartmentlike rooms. Everything works and is very clean in the room, nice bathroom. Nice pool and lots of sunbeds, easy to relax here. A bar/restaurant with good prices ran by some really nice people. A little bit from center of town, but we like to walk so for us it was a perfect 20 minutes walk, but I think parking is ok in town so you could drive there (parking is ok at hotel too). our bedrrom had a small balcony with french doors - what a view to wake up to - the sea and the harbour. We had a planned trip thru europe so this was just a one-nighter on our way, if I knew how nice this hotell was I would have planned more nights just to relax. Loved it - if we pass by here again we will stay a few nights to relax. Loved it! Kind of difficult to find driving, an opening in the wall at an intersection

A very enjoyable week. A good welcome. Maurizio runs a nice restaurant in the grounds with service early to late. Food is fresh and excellent. The villa is a little out of town and a car is useful although driving in Italy is dodgy to say the least. Just look at the bashes on cars everywhere! You can walk to Borge Marina in about 15 minutes. The crossroads outside the gates is pretty dangerous for walkers so stay on the zebras all the way. A superb villa with friendly staff and would recommend to anybody. A terrific pool and well organised.

Villa esternamente molto bella, internamente il piano terreno è particolare con affreschi a soffitto, ma a parte l'ufficio dove si fa il check-in, non c'e' niente altro. Non presente l'ascensore. Appartamento del secondo piano ristrutturato di recente, con mobili semplici, moderni, e puliti. Materassi buoni, e generalmente ambiente pulito. Il bagno, molto piccolo, presenta un box doccia, con riscaldamento dell'acqua con boiler elettrico. Assicurarsi di aver acceso il boiler in anticipo, o farete la doccia fredda. Presenza di una finestra bassa, e velux superiori, quindi senza vista nel caso della nostra camera. Al piano di sopra, cameretta con balconcino, e letto singolo, carina. Vista della collina e non del mare (nel nostro caso). Check-in veloce. Bar / ristorantino all'aperto fornito ed aperto tutto il giorno. Colazione non inclusa nel prezzo, ma possibile nel bar della villa. Piacevole e pulita la piscina, lettini inclusi. 5 euro per il parcheggio all'interno della struttura. Il parco della villa molto carino e ben tenuto. Villa circa 20 minuti a piedi da Porto Maurizio e circa 15 dalla Marina di Imperia, dove si possono trovare ristorantini. Soddisfatti del soggiorno, grazie.

Riktigt fint litet hotell på toppen av en kulle med utsikt över hamnen och gamla staden. Den tillhörande baren var även fantastisk till att varva ner och ta ett glas prosecco i eftermiddagssolen. Bra service. Kanon!
