部屋は広く新しいです。手続きもスムーズでタクシーの手配も抜かりありませんでした。また利用したいです。

Hotel was fine but not close to many attractions!

Rooms are extremely small, no place to put your suitcase inf youre in a tour and live out of a suitcase because if constant hotel chsnge. Showers are very small in the economy room, barely room to move in even fir a skinny person. Breakfast has poor selection and very limited.

Air conditioning not working properly when we got to the room. No closet, limited toiletries (only soap and shampoo). Not a four star hotel.

Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, sehr nettes Personal. Alles bestens! Würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

The shower walls in our room could use some scrubbing. We booked two rooms for five nights, tje keys stopped working on the fourth night for both rooms, seems too much of a coincidence. They fixed it but it was annoying

Hotel toilet was leaking on floor , we were offered to change rooms the following day .. friendly staff , necessary amenities available good quiet location

We will never ever ever book a room in this hotel. Bathrooms smell. Shame on new owners. We had stayed in this hotel for the last 8 years. Never again. I canceled my upcoming 3 days. They can keep the $$. I don't care!!!!

We had stayed in this hotel many times in the past. They changed ownership. It sucks!! Take a tool with you if you want to take care shower. It is so hard to pull the knob off to start the water. They moved us to another room became the 1st room had a very bad smell coming out from the bathroom. We will never rerurn to this hotel again.

El hotel está en una zona tranquila a unos 15 minutos de la fontana de Trevi. Super limpio con todos los servicios necesarios y un desayuno super variado. Un hotel muy recomendable

Excellent choice. Highly recommended. AC works perfectly and hair dryer was the best. Pillows are comfortable. Would go back while in Rome.

Very limited service and space for such a high amount of money paid.

Alles schön und sauber. Leider hatte ich die ganze Zeit das Problem, dass die Türe mit dem Badge nicht richtig aufging. Zweimal musste jemand kommen um dss Schloss mit dem Schlüssel zu öffnen

Room was very small. Washroom was very small. We got stuck in one of the elevators which are very small. Breakfast was average.

Lovely hotel, well located with very comfortable beds. Perfect to use as a base for explorin the city.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche d’une station de métro et des ambassades. Personnel très à l’écoute et sérieux, une personne parle français mais nous avons pu nous faire comprendre en anglais basique avec les autres ! Beaucoup de bons restaurants aux alentours. Coffre fort, clim et sèche cheveux dans les chambres. Un conseil, prenez la chambre avec le canapé (pour y mettre vos valises dessus) car sinon vos aurez un manque de place pour ranger vos affaires. C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix même pour les petits déjeuners à 10€ qui sont constamment alimentés. Le métro est très facile à prendre, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper de direction (munissez vous d’un plan du métro de Rome), nous avons payé directement avec notre CB aux bornes d’entrée (1,50€) Le seul inconvénient pour nous concernant l’hôtel : il est mal insonorisé et les voisins nous ont dérangés à plusieurs reprises..

The room was lovely, of a reasonable size, and comfortable. The property was well located without being too close to landmarks or overcrowded areas. The staff was amazing, helpful, kind and welcoming. Plenty of dining options and good access to public transportation. I would return.

A toute heure, l'accueil est excellent, on peut attendre tranquillement la chambre dans les salons, le petit déjeuner est très bon, avec disponibilité de pains gluten free, le service bagagerie est pratique
