We had the best stay here. The property is stunning and the staff are so warm and kind. I would highly recommend to splurge here, you won’t regret it!

Clean, friendly staff, great food. Service was exceptional. Was a little pricey in our opinion but overall good experience.

Was great

We stayed at Rosapetra Spa Resort in August and were disappointed. The hotel has no air conditioning, and their solution was to suggest leaving the balcony door open at night—right onto a busy, noisy road. It also didn’t feel safe since anyone could easily walk up to our room. Breakfast was very basic: just yogurts, cereals, and a few egg options. The best part of our stay was the staff—they were truly wonderful and went out of their way to help. Unfortunately, the hotel itself just doesn’t match their level of service. Federico was amazing!!! No matter how hard they tried, the property felt more like a basic 3-star hotel. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Magnificent hotel, friendly staff , amazing setting .. lovely views

The Rosapetra Spa was very lovely and had the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was nice on arrival. The room was beautiful but lacked the 5 star luxury I was hoping for. The Spa was quite beautiful and had various saunas but the most beautiful sauna was off limits and we were scolded by the spa staff when we used it but not one staff member said it was closed. It was annoying but I have to say the spolier was the American couple who made a scene in the spa was they saw someone naked. To all Americans- its Europe-if you go to a spa be prepared to see nakedness. I have to say what really impressed me the most was the restaurant. It was fantastic. Everything we ate was amazing and the service was impeccable.

Hotel é puro charme e sofisticação, com uma vista das Dolomitas de tirar o fôlego. A área de SPA é um espetáculo à parte, a melhor das muitas que conhecemos nos Alpes. Apenas o restaurante que foi ok, mas não foi incrível. No geral, a experiência foi maravilhosa e queremos voltar!!

The hotel is great. Well appointed rooms, large and comfortable bathroom, comfortable beds. The spa facilities are immaculate with different spa options and a great pool. But the real gem is the staff. Extremely courteous and friendly catering to your every need. Lots of helpful information from the concierge. 5 stars. Hope to be back!

I am a traveller and long time I have not seen such amazing staff leaded by Eduardo. Everyone extremely kind and helpful. Great SPA, dinner and offer of transportation to city center. All first class.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed the property however the restaurant service was below average. Very slow and non attentive-the wrong order was placed in the kitchen and it took forever to to get our food, there was no one checking on us at all and the restaurant only had 3-4 tables. Staff seemed to be just standing around talking.

Ótimo resort em Cortina. Fica numa região mais distante do centro mas muito agradável com paisagem muito bonita. Oferece transfer gratuito ao centro e para as estações dos bondinhos da cidade. Na propriedade tem uma academia completa e moderna.

A really lovely stay, with friendly and helpful staff. The included breakfast had a variety of choice but no hot food sadly, which would have been a nice touch, although i believe you could pay extra for this but would be nice to see it included. The staff were always very friendly and welcoming and gave us a very detailed tour on arrival along with a welcome drink. A couple of improvements i could recommend are providing the room with a room service menu, the staff seemed to be a little confused when we asked for a menu. And it would have been nice to have access to more information on how the lockers in the spa area worked as well as the sauna. however these are minor things that could just make a really great stay even better.
