Very good service and friendly staff. Inside hotel rooms it’s a bit outdated and could use some modernization. However location and beach nearby are very good.

Bett war zu hart, Das WI-FI war sehr schlecht, zu wenig Optionen beim Frühstück, das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.

Dommage de ne pas préciser que les activités comme la salle de sport et spa sont en supplément.

Quelle surprise en arrivant dans ce lieu. Les photos ne mettent absolument pas en avant le cadre magique et tranquille. L'accueil a été des meilleurs et le personnel toujours au top. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en couple.

La struttura è bella, in campagna ma vicinissima al paese. Manca totalmente di accessibilità, cosa che ci ha ingannati nello sceglierlo nonostante alcune rassicurazioni avute al tel. Ci siamo adattati ma la nota di accessibilità registrata sul sito è completamente sbagliata. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore. In sei notti mai un cambio di lenzuola ed il bagno alcune volte non pulito. Da rivedere alcune cose sicuramente.

La stanza sembrava un ripostiglio... Differente dalle immagini sul sito. Colazione scarsa... Alle 08.15 il buffet era scarno

Jolies chambres qui entourent la piscine, petit déjeuner simple, pas beaucoup de choix, Hotel éloigné de la ville une voiture est indispensable.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Etwas abgelegen aber wunderbar angelegt. Das Frühstück ist mit 12 EUR für das was geboten wird recht teuer. Aber man kann sich auch für ein kleines Frühstück entscheiden was sehr fair ist! Trotz der abgeschiedenen Lage sind die Parkplätze nicht kostenfrei aber dafür videoüberwacht. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden wieder kommen.

In general it is ok but my opinion it is not a Resort 4 stars. The staff is friendly but the rooms are not well kept and need maintenance. Insects of all kinds are found in the rooms. The location is not so far from the beach but if you want to go out in the evening for shopping or if you want to walk along the seafront there is nothing

The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement
