Check in was great as done by Victoria who was only covering the desk as colleague was on lunch. She was informative, helpful and knowledgeable, sadly that's not to say for any of the 'normal' reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable if on the small side. Hotel garden with pools and access to beach is lovely and very relaxing. However, overall service leaves a lot to be desired; staff were inattentive at the bar around the pool and during breakfast time. The "hot" breakfast items were cold, the cold items took a while to get replenished and overall the choice wasn't great.

An absolutely incredible, serene property for relaxation on the island. Christina (the manager) has a wonderful crew working at the hotel. The staff was top notch, very professional, helpful and eager to make our stay the best ever. The grounds are lush with flowers and plants everywhere that provide an oasis feel. The pools and beach provide space and enough lounge chairs for everyone, so there is no cramped feeling. The morning breakfast buffet is top notch along with the coffee service. The rooms are very clean and we had a balcony to enjoy early morning sunrises. The town of Pula is a 5 minute drive with many options in the city center for dining. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Sardinia. This hotel is the best.

Utterly beautiful property with two swimming pools and a lovely beach. The lush grounds are mesmerizing, the ambiance wonderful and the rooms are very clean and well designed. The overall vibe is one of relaxation. The breakfast was very nice and overall, the staff is welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Wer eine Auszeit vom Alltag braucht und dem Stress entfliehen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Direkt am Strand. Keine großen Touristen, mehr Einheimische dort zu finden.

The property was a luxurious haven in a most unexpected place. The grounds were a dream with two pools and water front seating. Our room was small but comfortable with a lovely bathroom that included a walk in shower. Breakfast was included in our room rate. It was good, however there weren’t many non meat or dairy options. We had an afternoon snack at the bar. Don’t order the pizza it’s dreadful.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage, gemütlicher Garten, sensationelle Pools, top Privatstrand, sehr gutes Essen. Leider übertriebene teure Getränke-Preise, Personal das nicht grüsst oder lächelt (mit Ausnahmen: Zimmerdamen und Frau Hadir bei der Reception), störende Personen aus Cagliari die wohl zum Hotel gehören, welche lauthals sprechen, überall laut telefonieren und im Schwimmbad Zigaretten rauchen... De kamer was super mooi, de locatie en omgeving ook. Jammer dat bij inchecken de vrouw gestresst en druk was om ons te begeleiden en niet heel gastvriendelijk.

Alles tiptop sauber! Der Sandstrand ist wunderbar – feinkörnig mit glasklarem Wasser. Das Essen war durchwegs ausgezeichnet: frisch, abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich top. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal – sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut. Wir waren insgesamt in sechs Hotels während unserer Rundreise – und dieses hier hat uns mit Abstand am besten gefallen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Super hôtel, conforme au descriptif et aux avis. Petit déjeuner excellent, chambre très propre. Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. Parfait !

L endroit est magnifique ! Jardins piscine accès a la mer, nous nous sommes bien reposés. Juste la chambre est un peu petite.

Consigliatissimo!

We were looking for a hotel on our way back to Cagliari to catch a flight after a tour of the Tuerreddia and Chia regions so we only stayed one night. We wished we had stayed longer, as it was a real oasis. Two beautiful pools, well landscaped with lovely plants and trees, a really tranquil change. The rooms are really nicely decorated and comfortable. The lobby bar and the restaurant are excellent. Admittedly we booked last minute so the choice was limited but the superior balcony was a small space with a very small balcony over the car park and the room was a bit small. the only other comment is that there the beach is quite narrow by local standards but super convenient. For one night, not a problem but as, given what we thought the hotel so nice, so much more relaxing than the hotels future south we wished we could have started longer. The staff are fabulous……… The small town of Paul is on the doorstep with restaurants and bars. After all my stays on the coat on this region, from a hotel point of view. Very good indeed!
