2回目の滞在ですが、部屋も清潔で広くスタッフもフレンドリーで申し分ないと思います。外廊下と言う建物の構造的に、部屋に行く際必ず外に出るので、朝食の為にレストランに行く場合も冬はアウターを着て行く必要がある事、バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋でしたが、水圧が低かった事が数少ない気になった点です。

I actually did not stay this hotel because I made a mistake to select dates when I book this hotel. I should select January instead of February, I tried to ask so many times to refund because of this easy mistake. BUT the hotel consistently refused my request despite that HOTEL.com had also requested to refund for me. I paid for 3nights without staying because of the mis month selecting. This hotel is just unkind.

The is very modern and the rooms were great.GianPiero at the front desk, super helpful with recommendations and is such a charming person! We had breakfast one day at the hotel and everything was good there as well. The hotel is tucked away in a neighborhood area, but is very accessible, especially directly to the Navigli area. There are several restaurants right there that are not touristy and we ate of one of them that was recommended to us and it was excellent. I think we were maybe the only tourist in there which was great.

So ein schönes Hotel!!!! Und so herzlich und freundlich der Empfang. Ein tolles Hotel, völlig gestyled und trotzdem lässig. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Hotel mit tollem Personal. Zimmer sehr gross, neu, stylish, ruhig und sehr sauber.

What a wonderful stay - as soon as we walked in Giuseppe greeted us like old friends, invited us to have a drink and could not have been more welcoming. The room was wonderful - cool and quiet, and the whole hotel is like an art gallery - beautifully designed and stylish. Also a great area full of restaurants and bars. Loved it. Highly recommended.

Awesome boutique hotel walking distance from the canal in the Navigli area of Milan. The check in staff was super friendly, gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area, and made us feel right at home. The hotel is up to date, the room was spacious, and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend!

The staff were lovely, great at communication and made the trip enjoyable. We asked for a vegan breakfast, which they were accommodating, it was a functional breakfast, but enjoyable. They arranged for price transfers from the airport for us, which made life easier for us for our first visit to Milan, but I would hesitate to jump on the tram for our return visit. We do lots of business travel

Everything was wonderful. The hotel staff was amazing . Rooms perfect with air conditioning with climate control . The suroundings are really nice with lots of great restaurants with a local vibe . Will stay here every time I go to Milano
